The Bachelorette alum Andrew Spencer has addressed recent Teddi Wright dating rumors and shared what's really going on between these two.

When Bryan jokingly asked Andrew how he and the Season 26 The Bachelor contestant are doing, Andrew nervously laughed and replied, "I have not met Teddi yet, but I've heard great things about her, obviously."
"She's one of the girls that I am definitely looking to see on the beach, if she were to go or if I were to go," Andrew added, referencing Bachelor in Paradise's upcoming eighth season.
ABC just renewed Bachelor in Paradise for Season 8, and the series will premiere this summer.
Andrew continued on the podcast, "But, I mean, as far as that goes, that's all rumors. There's nothing going on between us. I heard a couple things that people were saying we were dating outside of the show, which is just not true."
"Not true," Andrew reiterated of speculation he's romantically involved with the 24-year-old surgical unit nurse from Highland, CA. "Not true."
Andrew said there are a couple of other girls who have been on his mind after watching Clayton Echard's season of The Bachelor, which just wrapped on ABC earlier this year.
Bryan and Mike asked for specifics, which made Andrew chuckle again.
"Same ones. I'm just going to stick with the same ones," Andrew noted. "So it's [Serene Russell] and I would say [Eliza Isichei] would make it as well."

Andrew also pointed out "there might be a couple" of other women he'd add to the list whom he "could see something happening [with]."

Andrew went on to name Jasmine Nguyen, who recently became single after she called off her engagement in February to fiance Pranav Magal.
Andrew noted, however, how Jasmine from Houston, TX, probably has a lot going on right now and so maybe it wouldn't be the best time for them to get involved.
"I think that's good," he concluded on throwing out names.
Andrew finished in fifth place on Katie Thurston's season of The Bachelorette last year, and he memorably wrote Katie a sweet letter before he exited the show saying, "If you change your mind... I'll be waiting."
Andrew, however, apparently stopped waiting after Katie got engaged to her The Bachelorette winner Blake Moynes. (But Katie and Blake announced their breakup in October 2021, and she's now dating one of her Week 2 The Bachelorette eliminees, San Diego bartender John Hersey).
Speculation Andrew and Teddi may become an item first surfaced in mid-February when Andrew made an appearance on "The Viall Files" podcast hosted by Season 21 The Bachelor star Nick Viall.
At that time, Andrew revealed his top picks for potential Bachelor in Paradise matches would be Teddi, Serene, Bri Springs and Susie Evans.

"Serene and Teddi more," Andrew noted at the time of the ladies who had piqued his interest.
And then during the March 14 episode of the "Chicks In The Office" podcast, Teddi shared how she had her eye on Andrew and The Bachelorette alum Ben Smith, who competed on Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams' season of the show in 2020.
"I will say the person I've been consistent in definitely wanting to meet on the beach... I definitely want to meet Andrew Spencer if I go," Teddi said, according to Elite Daily.
And Teddi also previously gushed about the pro football player at The Bachelor: The Women Tell All taping for Clayton's season.
"Andrew Spencer is someone that I think is cute, but I don't know him at all," she told Us Weekly at the time.
"I think he's just the definition of joy. Like, when you see him, he's just so joyful and I love that. He's so funny. I love a guy that's funny, and he's very attractive."
Andrew's cousin from Bachelor Nation, Clay Harbor, recently expressed support of the idea of Andrew and Teddi getting together.
"Sooo Teddy I have this cousin.... #TheBachelor," Clay tweeted on January 10.
Teddi fell hard for Clayton on The Bachelor but failed to make it to hometown dates.
She memorably shared how she's a virgin on but isn't waiting until marriage to have sex, and she shared on The Women Tell All special how she grew a lot during the process and was truly ready to find love.
The premiere date and cast of Bachelor in Paradise's eighth season will be announced at a later date.
