The Bachelorette alum Blake Moynes has addressed speculation he's dating Rachel Recchia after the pair just attended a swanky event together in California.

Rachel and Blake made an appearance at the Oceana Seachange Summer Party with Nautica in Laguna Beach this past weekend, and they posed for photos on the red carpet together.

Rachel looked beautiful in a form-fitted, low-cut yellow dress while Blake looked dapper in a blue outfit with a white suit jacket.

Rachel and Blake both posted photos from the event on Instagram, and their social-media activity had fans buzzing and gossiping about whether they're an item -- or about how they should be.

In her Instagram post, Rachel reminded people to "save the sea turtles," and she gushed about how she had "such a wonderful evening" at the party.

"Are you and Blake dating??" one fan commented on Rachel's post.

Rachel's roommate and Bachelor in Paradise alum Genevieve Parisi even wrote, "Fav couple."

Multiple people asked Rachel about her relationship status, but she did not respond to anyone.

For Blake's part, the wildlife manager posted a photo in which he had his arm around Rachel's back on the red carpet, and he wrote, "Making waves and memories at the Oceana Seachange Summer Party with Nautica."

One person commented, "Hard launch ???"

Another Instagram user gushed, "You and Rachel would be the best move ever, it's meant to be."

Rachel commented with four heart emojis on Blake's post, but then Blake set the record straight and denied he's dating the flight instructor.

In response to Rachel sending love, Blake wrote, "[Rachel] went on the bach with a chance to find a partner. Instead found a sister."

The fact Blake called Rachel his "sister" definitely implies they are just extremely close friends and are not romantically involved.

Blake admitted in late May that he was feeling "lost" trying to navigate his dating life after multiple stints on reality television.

"I'm a confident guy, but this is one avenue right now I'm a little lost in trying to navigate," Blake told Susan Noles and Kathy Swarts during a recent appearance on the "Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour" podcast.

"Because it is extremely difficult, and I don't have the answer right now."

Susan suggested that Blake needs to find a woman who would enjoy doing the same kind of work for animals.

"Definitely would help!" Blake acknowledged. "There are just definitely slim pickings."

Kathy voiced how the right person will probably come Blake's way as long as he continues to focus on his passions, and The Bachelorette alum confirmed, "Yeah, that's the way I'm looking at it, for sure."

Since Blake has dated on The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, and in the real world, he revealed what he's looking for now in his future wife.

"[I want] someone who is very established and knows what they want, and is independent and has a life that they're pursuing and is passionate about something... I know the value in someone supporting me and saying, 'Go live it, go do it,'" Blake explained.

"So if I'm with someone who also has that, I respect it so much that I want to see that growth blossom. But on the flipside, if someone wants to be a part of the stuff I'm doing and wants to take on that journey with me, too, come along!"

Blake said there's "no question" in his mind that he wants to get married and have a family.

Blake had dated Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams on The Bachelorette's sixteenth season, and then he appeared on Season 17 of the show and got engaged to Katie Thurston.

Blake and Katie announced their split not long after the finale aired in October 2021, and then he went on to date Jess Girod on Bachelor in Paradise.

Rachel is also still single after appearing on several The Bachelor spinoffs.

Rachel first competed for Clayton Echard's heart on The Bachelor's 26th season, and after she had her heart broken by Clayton, she co-starred on The Bachelorette's nineteenth season alongside Gabby Windey.

Rachel got engaged to Tino Franco at the end of her season, but they broke up before After the Final Rose aired because he had cheated on her with another woman.

Rachel went on to appear on Bachelor in Paradise's ninth season, where she had romances with Sean McLaughlin, Brayden Bowers, Jordan Vandergriff and Tanner Courtad.

None of those relationships worked out, however, and Rachel admitted earlier this summer on the "Golden Hour" podcast that dating just wasn't her priority at this time.

Rachel joked about how she was possibly done with dating forever after a string of bad luck in that department.

Blake and Rachel became good friends on Bachelor in Paradise, and fans have been shipping them as a couple ever since. The pair previously sparked dating rumors once before in 2023, but Rachel confirmed they weren't involved at the time.
