The Bachelorette alum Connor Brennan, whom Katie Thurston affectionately called "Connor the Cat" on her edition, has denied that he'll be competing on Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia's upcoming season.

Carbone seemed totally confident in Connor's Season 19 participation but said he didn't know when the cat-loving crooner will join the cast.
However, Connor addressed the "Bachelorette casting spoiler" via social media on Friday, setting the record straight.
"News to me lmao," Connor tweeted along with a crying-with-laughter emoticon in reply to Carbone's claim.
Carbone has yet to respond to Connor's denial on Twitter or Instagram.
The Bachelorette's nineteenth season began filming on Saturday and is set to premiere on Monday, July 11 at 8PM ET/PT.
Connor was a 29-year-old math teacher from Nashville, TN, when he appeared on The Bachelorette's seventeenth season in early 2021. He memorably showed up in a cat costume on Night 1.
Katie seemed quite fond of Connor from the start, but she sent him packing upon realizing there wasn't much physical or sexual chemistry between them. Katie essentially didn't feel much in their kiss and so she put Connor into the friend zone, unintentionally.
Rumors began to swirl Connor is a bad kisser because of Katie's reaction, but a woman named Tara in the audience wanted to prove people wrong by kissing Connor at The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All taping, which also featured Connor singing a song called "Bromance."

Connor proceeded to look for love on Bachelor in Paradise's seventh season last summer.

Connor therefore left the show without a partner and was later spotted in Nashville with his BIP co-star Victoria Paul; however, he never confirmed romance speculation and appears to still be single today.
Connor will be one of the many The Bachelor and The Bachelorette alums involved in "The Bachelor: Live on Stage "tour this year.
"Wait why does he look like he's auditioning to be the newest member of the backstreet boys??" Connor joked on Instagram in February before revealing his April tour stops.
"Prepare for a night of laughs, dates, games, and of course a little bit of music!!"
