The Bachelorette alum Emily Maynard has revealed she welcomed her sixth child but kept it a secret from the public for two months.

"SURPRISE! On August 31st, Tyler and I welcomed our sweet son, Jones West Johnson, into the world," the Season 8 The Bachelorette star captioned a series of family photos Wednesday on Instagram.
Emily, 36, continued in her post, "During my surgery, we learned that he was born with Down Syndrome, and while it was certainly a surprise, we have so much peace in God's perfect plan and know Jones is going to be a blessing to our family."
Emily apparently had to wait quite some time before she could take Jones home.
"He was in the NICU for a little over a month and is thankfully now home in all the chaos and we couldn't love him more," Emily shared.
"Thank you to everyone at @levinechildrens for all that you did for our family. Im so happy to finally share the news and can share all the pictures with you guys! He's absolutely the cherry on top!"
In addition to Ricki and Jones, Emily and Tyler -- who got married in June 2014 -- are also parents of son Jennings, 6; son Gibson, 5; son Gatlin, 4; and daughter Magnolia, 2.
Emily's Instagram photos included images of Jones in the hospital and Jones' siblings meeting him for the first time.
"I thank Jesus more and more for you each day sweet boy," Ricki gushed of her baby brother Wednesday on Instagram.

Ricki's father, Ricky, was a race car driver who tragically died in a plane crash in 2004 just before Emily discovered she was pregnant with her first child at age 18. Emily first became a mother when Ricki was born in June 2005.

"Oh Emily congratulations!!! What a blessing! We can't wait to meet Jones," Sarah wrote.
Becca commented, "He is so precious! Your entire family is so beautiful! So happy for y'all!"
Tenley Molzahn wrote to Emily, "Congratulations! He is an absolute charmer already! Look at your beautiful family!!!"
And Trista Rehn gushed, "Congratulations!!!! Such a beautiful family and such a beautiful boy!! Xoxo."
Before finding her happily-ever-after, Emily competed on Season 15 of The Bachelor, Brad Womack's second edition of the show, and later starred on Season 8 of The Bachelorette.
After rejecting both of his Final 2 bachelorettes on The Bachelor's eleventh edition, Brad fell head over heels for Emily on The Bachelor's fifteenth season when he got a second chance at finding the woman of his dreams on reality TV.

Emily told Chris Harrison on an episode of The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons -- Ever! in Summer 2020 that she and Brad had "a great love story" at first.
"Yeah it was," Emily noted. "It didn't last, but so long!"
"But I take a lot of the blame for that too. I mean, I was 24 and I'm 34 now. I didn't have the maturity to deal with all of that, and it was really hard."
Emily insisted she and Brad "both put in a lot of work" prior to announcing their split.
"You know, [we were] traveling back and forth and all of that," Emily explained. "But I think we both knew, like, 'This is just not fun anymore. This is just not going to work.'"
Emily got engaged three times before her final engagement to Tyler stuck and the couple got married.
In addition to Ricky and Brad, she was also previously engaged to her The Bachelorette Season 8 winner Jef Holm.
Emily and Jef broke up in October 2012, a few months after her The Bachelorette season finale aired on ABC.
