The Bachelorette alum Hannah Brown has revealed why she's not tuning in to Zach Shallcross' currently-airing season of The Bachelor.

The former beauty queen was briefly engaged to her The Bachelorette 15 winner Jed Wyatt, and then she hooked up with her third-place finisher, Peter Weber, after a party in February 2020. Hannah proceeded to pursue her runner-up, Tyler Cameron, but their friendship never turned romantic.
While Hannah -- who found fame when she competed on Colton Underwood's The Bachelor season -- had a tumultuous journey on the franchise, there's a totally different reason why she's not watching The Bachelor's 27th season.
"I'm always super supportive," Hannah told Parade in an interview.
"I think it's hard to watch the seasons because I think part of the reason people like to watch it is they like to poke fun or say what they would and wouldn't do. I have a lot of empathy for anybody on the show and don't want to get into that cycle."
Hannah therefore apparently doesn't like the negativity, gossip and backlash surrounding The Bachelor on social media.
Zach, for example, has been labeled the "Boring Bachelor" by many fans, and he's had to repeatedly explain to the media why he was a good choice for The Bachelor star.
Zach has defended his casting by saying he's not about the fame or "clout" and he's actually a funny guy whose personality was not shown on The Bachelorette's nineteenth season last year, when he had competed for Rachel Recchia's heart.
"But I'm really excited for Zach," Hannah said, "and I hope that he has the best time and finds a person that he truly loves and is able to be really happy at the end of it."

Following Hannah's journey on The Bachelorette, she went on to win Dancing with the Stars. She is also competing on Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, which airs on Wednesday nights at 9PM ET/PT on Fox.

"These amazing shows have really changed my life," Hannah said. "[I want] to keep getting better every day and be able to encourage people who connect with me to do the same."
As for her current love life, Hannah is happily in a relationship with model Adam Woolard. They've been together for more than two years.
"Of course we've talked about [getting engaged], but I am so great where we're at," Hannah told Us Weekly last month.
"I think he is too, but I do think it could be a possibility at some point. But it's not something that I'm rushing... [The Bachelorette] that taught me I'm just not in a rush for anything; I'm really happy with where I am at."
Hannah accepted a marriage proposal from Jed during The Bachelorette finale, but their relationship quickly fell apart and Hannah chose to call off their engagement once she learned Jed had a girlfriend back home in Nashville while he was filming the reality dating series.
While Hannah wants to take her time in her relationship with Adam, she gushed about how he's "the best" partner she could ask for.
"He's just, like, the most encouraging, optimistic person," Hannah shared.
"I think I can kind of be, like, assessing the situation... I'm a little bit more fear-based, sometimes. And he is just so great at encouraging me and just celebrating the life that we have together."

Hannah also said Adam, whom she met on a dating app, is "the best dog dad" to Wally, the dog they adopted together.
"We're doing great. I've always said this, but he just continues to make me feel just so comfortable in who I am and who we are," Hannah said.
Hannah was first romantically linked to the model in January 2021. Since then, the couple has enjoyed traveling, and they began living together in Santa Monica, CA, last year.
Hannah boasted about how Adam provides her "a safe and grounding place to always come home to" and they've worked out "a great system" for chores around the house.
Hannah told Tamron Hall in April 2022 how she's "so thankful" for her relationship with Adam.
"It's such a mature relationship of two people who have gone on different journeys. I think I had to go through that journey of asking this question, 'Who am I and what do I want?' And he's gone on that journey too," Hannah said on Tamron's talk show.
"And we are people that do not find wholeness through each other but through becoming whole people as individuals that can then amplify each other's growth."
Hannah elaborated, "And that is something that I don't think that I've ever had, is somebody that is equally encouraged and motivated by continuing to challenge and get better and move forward and grow in life as I am."
Hannah said she's "really proud" of her romance, adding, "[I] can really see the progress I've made just in how I view my relationship and how I view my relationship with myself."
