The Bachelorette alum Kaitlyn Bristowe has slammed trolls criticizing her new look and how her appearance arguably continues to change.

Kaitlyn compared her appearance to when she had competed on The Bachelor's nineteenth season starring Chris Soules in 2015 to a current photo of her face.
"Lol... Believe it or not I've done more work on the inside. You can't physically see that, but I've never felt it more," Kaitlyn captioned her post, which she set to the song "We Are Not the Same Person" by Danny Gonzalez and Drew Gooden.
"To the people who always wanna comment 'you were so much prettier before all the work you've had done,'" she continued, "I suggest you do the important work on the inside before judging what's on the outside."
Kaitlyn received a lot of support in the comments from fans, including former The Bachelorette star JoJo Fletcher, who gave the comments some color with her red heart emojis.
But some haters left nasty remarks per usual, including one person who claimed the "after" photo of Kaitlyn wasn't even a recent one.
Earlier this month, The Bachelorette alum shared raw post-op photos from her eyelid surgery, a blepharoplasty.
Quoting Meryl Streep's iconic line from the movie The Devil Wears Prada, Kaitlyn captioned her post, "Don't be ridiculous Andrea, everyone wants to look like this."
Kaitlyn revealed that she had undergone an "upper bleph" procedure, which, according to the Mayo Clinic, is a type of surgery that "removes excess skin from the eyelids."
Removing the "sagging skin" around the eyes can also reportedly "reduce or get rid of" vision problems and make a person look "younger and more alert."
In one photo, Kaitlyn posed for a selfie in bed and her eyelids were clearly pink and swollen. She also posted another image of herself wearing a blue hairnet while still at the medical facility.

Kaitlyn received a lot of backlash and negative comments for undergoing more plastic surgery.
One day earlier, Kaitlyn had posted a photo of herself in what appeared to be a hospital bed with her eyes covered.
"A lot going on at the Bristowe residence. All 3 of us have stitches. I got an upper bleph (take it to your group chat if you wanna be negative). Ramen had a fatty tumor removed (Please pray for it to come back normal)," Kaitlyn wrote.
"Pinot had a tooth pulled (He was so high when he came home he had to eat laying down). And my back yard is torn up!! (Which means dogs go on leashes every time they have to go, even if it's 3am)."
The Bachelorette alum added, "So, good news. I saw a dog today. Have you ever seen one? You probably have. Anyways."
Kaitlyn has always been open with her followers about work she's had done, including Botox and lip fillers.

At the time, Kaitlyn documented how she had a fibroblast plasma treatment utilizing tiny lasers, which resulted in red, rash-like blotches on her face.
"Everyone's like stop doing stuff to your face," Kaitlyn said via Instagram Stories on February 3.
"I will never. I love skincare. I love having bright, tight, glowy skin. I love it."
And Kaitlyn clapped back at trolls in 2021 for claiming that she looked so "different" from when she had starred on The Bachelorette's eleventh season back in 2015.
One X (formerly called Twitter) user wrote at the time, "Can anyone tell me what's different about [Kaitlyn]'s look? I can't put my finger on it #TheBachelorette."
Kaitlyn replied, "[Six] years since I was on the show, Brow lift, brow micro blading, got my teeth bonded, some filler In my lips, aging, darker hair, and I finally learned how to contour. Oh and I put on some weight."
Another person commented, "Bah god [Kaitlyn]'s face is BUSTED. #TheBachelorette."
And Kaitlyn tweeted in reply, "So sick of women commenting on my face. Jesus."
A few months earlier, Kaitlyn answered a question about whether her lips were real.
"Yeah. Real expensive!" Kaitlyn quipped on Instagram at the time.
"Just like coloring my hair, using fun makeup, fake lashes, skincare, I also like a little filler and botox. I know I have an 'influence.' I'm not saying you should go do it. I'm saying do what you want with YOUR body."
