When a fan asked Katie how she felt about Victoria and Greg's apparent new romance, the Season 17 The Bachelorette star responded via Instagram Stories earlier this week, "Lol literally could care less."
"Now Nick on the other hand posting the video of them is a weird cringy move -- lol," Katie concluded.
Katie, who starred on The Bachelorette in the first half of 2021, had issues with both Greg and Nick in the past.
Greg professed his love to Katie and then unexpectedly dumped her after their hometown date on The Bachelorette because Katie wouldn't give him the validation or reassurance he needed to feel ready to propose marriage in just a short week or two.
Greg essentially scolded Katie for treating him like "a number" and being more focused on the show and giving out roses than on their "real" relationship.
Many fans and members of Bachelor Nation accused Greg of emotionally manipulating Katie and making her feel like she was in the wrong because his ego had been bruised.
Katie also accused Greg of "gaslighting" her during their tense breakup conversation and being "a liar" and an actor on The Bachelorette.
Katie and Greg faced each other on The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose amid the drama and exchanged a few jabs. At the time, however, Katie was happily engaged to Blake Moynes. (Katie and Blake split in October 2021 and then Katie had a relationship with John Hersey, which also ended earlier this year).
Greg ultimately apologized in the press for how he had acted like an immature "ass" and "petulant child" on The Bachelorette.

Some Greg fans, however, lashed out at Katie at the time for allegedly bullying, harassing and "publicly ripping" Greg "to shreds" when he had just been trying to express his real feelings on the show.
When asked to explain the reason why he had left The Bachelorette prematurely, Greg said on a December 2021 episode of the "We Met at Acme" podcast, "It felt, like, a little too scripted and felt like, 'Alright, we need to play by [the rules].'"
"I had no problem going into the Fantasy Suite and there being two other guys there. I wasn't looking for the show to end. I wasn't at all. I wanted us to communicate on a mutual level in those moments," Greg shared.
He added, "I just wanted that mutual love... On The Bachelorette, there are steps to it, and I understand that, but this is also the rest of my life."
As for Katie's problem with Nick, the former bank marketing manager revealed on TikTok in July that she had blocked Nick on her phone for "talking sh-t" about her.
Katie explained on the "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast in August, "The reason he is blocked is for invading my privacy and sharing my texts a year ago. And then here he is doing it on a huge platform."
On "The Viall Files" podcast in July, Natalie had asked Nick to read his last text-message exchange with Katie before she apparently blocked him.
Natalie proceeded to read the texts, which included Katie's personal thoughts about how her relationship with Greg had ended. Katie allegedly wrote that she knew Greg wasn't "The One" and they'd never work out in the real world before he chose to quit the show.

Nick's girlfriend Natalie Joy was on the podcast and accused Katie of "platforming a lie" and trying to make Nick look bad for no reason. Natalie also made fun of Katie for "clown behavior."
Katie may not care about Greg and Victoria's romance, but Bachelor Nation is certainly curious given Victoria has been shown "falling in love" with Johnny DePhillipo on Bachelor in Paradise's currently-airing eighth season.

According to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, Victoria and Johnny continued dating for the rest of Paradise and they actually got engaged at the Final Rose Ceremony.
But Carbone revealed in an October 25 blog posting that Victoria and Johnny split in early September and called off their engagement.
Rumors have recently been swirling that Victoria cheated on Johnny, and two Bachelor Nation sources told YouTuber Dave Neal last month that Victoria had cheated on Johnny TWICE!
One of the men Victoria had allegedly cheated on Johnny with was Greg.
Johnny recently added to the rumor mill by posting on his Instagram Stories how he's "unwell," but Victoria's BIP pal Sierra Jackson recently tweeted, "My girl doesn't cheat! None of my ladies do."
Victoria is reportedly dating Greg now, and the couple was spotted in Italy together on multiple occasions -- and by different fans -- late last month.
After BachelorNation.Scoop uploaded a video of Victoria and Greg in Italy on October 28, Victoria commented, "Mind ya damn business."
Carbone was also able to confirm Victoria and Greg were on a European adventure together, which included stops in Capri and Rome.
Shortly after the video surfaced, Greg posted a flirtatious "good girl" comment -- which he quickly deleted -- on one of Victoria's Instagram posts, which showed the brunette beauty posing in a sexy black dress with cut outs.

But Johnny allegedly caught Greg texting Victoria post-finale, after Johnny and Victoria got engaged and had their phones returned.
"She assured him she & Greg were just friends. Johnny found out [through] social media about the Italy trip," Carbone tweeted.
According to Carbone, Greg will appear on the reunion special with Victoria to confirm their new relationship.
Greg and Victoria also reportedly got a matching tattoo -- the word "hot" in Italian -- on their arms while they were in Italy.
Bachelor in Paradise's two night finale is set to air on Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
