"We spend so much time together," added Dorfman, 27.
The Bachelorette's tenth-season finale filmed just over two months ago and aired on Monday night. Dorfman selected Murray over runner-up Nick Viall -- not to mention 24 other heartbroken bachelors over the course of the season.
"It has definitely been a season of ups and downs, but just knowing that it's Josh and I in the end makes it all worth it," Dorfman noted.
After a worldly dating experience, Dorfman happened to choose a man right in her backyard, as they're both from Atlanta, GA. The couple is simply "enjoying being engaged" right now, according to the magazine.
"That's important for us, especially because of how quickly we got engaged," Dorfman said. "I've learned so much about him in the past two months and I love him more now than I did when I got engaged."
When asked during a Tuesday conference call what she's learned about Murray since the proposal, Dorfman ironically told reporters, "Every day I am amazed at how good-looking he is."
Dorfman and Murray have said they're planning a spring wedding next year and cameras will apparently be present under one condition.
"As long as I get to marry him... and they have to show the reception," Dorfman told People of airing their nuptials on television.
Added Murray, "We'd have so much fun at the reception."
Dorfman also explained she has no doubt they'll get married and make it because their love for one another is strong enough.
"I know what kind of person he is, what values he has and I trust what we have. He is the only one in the world for me," the reality TV star insisted.
