JoJo, 31, and Jordan, 33, exchanged vows in front of family and close friends in an intimate ceremony.
"It sounds cliche, but I really am marrying my best friend," JoJo told the magazine.
"Everything that's happened in our relationship has only made us stronger. And we just feel so lucky."
JoJo donned an off-the-shoulder, mermaid-style gown by Ines di Santo gown, and Jordan sported a traditional tuxedo with a black bow tie.
Members of Bachelor Nation attended the couple's black-tie event including Becca Tilley, Raven Gates, and Adam Gottschalk.
"It feels so good!" JoJo gushed to People about being a wife.
"It took a while to get here but it was all so worth it. We are FINALLY married!!! Can't wait to start this next chapter of our life together."
During the reception, guests dined on an Italian dinner featuring pasta, steak, and fish.
"We wanted the vibe of our wedding to be traditional in a sense, but also playful and fun and unique," JoJo shared. "We've been planning for a long time, so we wanted it to be just right!"
JoJo and Jordan had to postpone their wedding twice due to the coronavirus pandemic.

"We had a date in 2020, and then we had a date in 2021," Jordan explained. "We kept thinking the world would get back to normal but it didn't!"
The couple apparently never switched their venue location from the original plans, which was established in 2019 after Jordan had re-proposed marriage with a new and bigger diamond engagement ring.
JoJo and Jordan even briefly considered eloping.
JoJo previously explained that when she and Jordan had to make their final call about whether to follow through with their May 2021 nuptials or delay the wedding for the second time, the couple's chosen venue was still at a 10-person maximum capacity.
"[We] realized that time had already been on our side and we decided to just ride it out so the day could be exactly what we wanted it to be," JoJo noted.
It appears everything worked out for the best, and now JoJo and Jordan are enjoying being newlyweds.
"Jordan is everything I've always looked for in a man," JoJo said. "I'm just so ready for this next chapter of our lives to start!"

JoJo and Jordan's engagement aired in August 2016, and the pair initially planned on getting married on June 13, 2020.

The pair just celebrated their six-year anniversary late last week.
JoJo posted a beautiful video montage of the couple on Instagram and captioned it, "6 years with you. Here's to forever, my love [Jordan]. Happy Anniversary."
And Jordan posted similar photos on his own Instagram page and wrote, "6 Years today with my forever [JoJo]. I cannot wait to call you my wife! Not long now..."
Prior to starring on The Bachelorette, JoJo competed for Ben Higgins' heart on The Bachelor's 20th season and finished as the runner-up behind Lauren Bushnell.
Jordan told Us Weekly earlier this month that conversations about having a baby have been "coming up a little bit more recently."
JoJo predicted the couple will be ready to start trying "in the next, like, one [or] two years."
