The Bachelorette couple JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers can finally be an engaged couple in the public eye, but with the freedom comes an expectation to share their lives with everyone.

Jordan, the younger brother of Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, was scrutinized all season long for being a "player" and "liar" after his ex-girlfriend Brittany Farrar blasted him on Instagram shortly after The Bachelorette premiered, calling him a cheater who always wanted to be famous.

Since then, Jordan has been labeled a "fraud" among other unflattering descriptions. Reports additionally circulated he competed on The Bachelorette to further his career and hopefully land a better job in sports broadcasting, which he ironically accomplished last month.

In an interview with the happy couple on Tuesday, JoJo and Jordan talked to Reality TV World about some hot-button issues. Below is what they had to say:

Reality TV World: JoJo, you told Jordan on the show you bumped into his ex-girlfriend, who claimed he wasn't a great boyfriend and there were trust issues. Well, after The Bachelorette debuted, Jordan's ex Brittany accused him on Instagram of cheating on her, allegedly causing their split. Did his ex warn you about that specifically, and if not, how might that cheating allegation have impacted your approach to dating Jordan on the show?

JoJo Fletcher: Well, to clarify, I never met his ex-girlfriend Brittany. I think that's what people just assumed. I actually never met any of his ex-girlfriends. I had bumped into someone that, I think, he knew from about five or six years ago and they went on a couple dates. [I learned this] after I actually got the whole story.

So, (laughs) it really wasn't that relevant, but I think the way that [The Bachelorette] showed it, it made it look like I had met his ex-girlfriend. And as far as what exes say, I've learned to take that with a grain of salt, from personal experience.

Reality TV World: And Jordan, I want to give you a chance to address Brittany's public Instagram post claiming you cheated. Is there any truth to that?

Jordan Rodgers: There's been a lot of really harsh and very untrue allegations along the way. So, no more do I focus on one than the other. It's about moving forward. And any of that is so not true that it's not even worth time to do that. I'm just happy to start this new life with my fiancee, and that's what I'm focusing on.

Reality TV World: I got the impression during After the Final Rose you two went through some really rocky times while The Bachelorette was airing and you were in hiding. How bad did it get? Was there a lot of fighting? And JoJo, did all the doubts you had about Jordan while filming come back to haunt you?

JoJo Fletcher: Yeah, I mean, I think for me personally, it was -- as much as I thought I was prepared for critiques from people, I didn't prepare well enough for this. It was hard. There were so many nights where I struggled with it.

And we did have tough conversations. When you think about it, you go from this high to where you are torn apart from each other. And in essence, you're still getting to know each other in a world outside of what we were just so used to. So there were tough conversations.

But we got through them, and I think that's what helped us get to a place where we both just respect each other so much now. And Jordan has never personally ever given me a reason to not trust him.

So I think more than anything, it was just hurtful to not be able to just spend time with him and on our relationship. We kind of just had to deal with it alone.

Check back with Reality TV World soon for more from JoJo and Jordan's interview, as well as what The Bachelorette runner-up Robby Hayes had to say.
