In the season preview that aired following the premiere episode of The Bachelorette's fourteenth season late last month, Lincoln Adim could be heard saying, "He's lying down on a pool of his own blood. And then I see [Blake Horstmann] just screaming in panic mode."
According to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, there was no drama that led to this frightening incident.

Instead, David allegedly fell off a bunk bed inside the mansion, breaking his nose and suffering a concussion. Carbone reports the 25-year-old venture capitalist from Denver, CO, even had bleeding on the brain after his fall.
"That's the ambulance you see in the season preview," explains Carbone. "He missed a Rose Ceremony but obviously returned since he was on the two-on-one [date] in Las Vegas." (To read more spoilers for The Bachelorette season and find out how far David makes it, click here).
During the latest promo clip that aired on Monday night, David was shown arguing with fellow bachelor Jordan Kimball, a professional model. The scene suggested these two men got into a brawl.
"Jordan is bragging about his Tinder and his, like, four thousand matches," David told Becca in the video clip, before telling the cameras Jordan was not on the show "for the right reasons" and applied for The Bachelorette just to "boost his modeling career."
"It's funny you think I'm a joke because guess what?" Jordan replied. "Attached to me is professionality. It's my face."
"I would be worried if I was him," Jordan later added, "People that go against me just end up hurt sometimes."

Footage then flashed to Jordan telling David, "Hey, here's to you being a bitch!"
A man with brown hair was then shown being brought out on a stretcher with his arms crossed over his chest, and he was placed inside an ambulance. Fellow suitors were watching the situation unfold from all areas of the house.
"Blood everywhere," Lincoln Adim noted.
"This dude looks like he just got attacked by a bear!" said a mystery bachelor.
"Oh my God. Who did that? Honestly, I'm just, like, done," Becca cried.
The Bachelorette's fourteenth season currently airs on Monday nights at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
