The Bachelorette star Ashley Hebert has revealed the competition for her heart ended early, with one bachelor stealing her heart near the beginning of her journey and holding onto it.

"I wanted to give every guy a chance but by the time of the hometown dates, I was probably 95% percent sure."
However, Hebert -- who was shown narrowing her group of suitors to three men during Monday night's The Bachelorette broadcast -- acknowledged the fact she found love early on and always wore her heart on her sleeve probably has not made her the most entertaining Bachelorette in franchise history.
"I don't know that I have made a good Bachelorette. In a way, I think I'm too honest. If I'm not into somebody, I have a hard time faking it and I think in this environment, you have to be able to do that sometimes," Hebert said.
In addition, Hebert also expressed frustration with the accuracy of media coverage of her The Bachelorette experience and subsequent relationship with her alleged final selected suitor -- which has included a recent In Touch Weekly report that she slept with two-faced bachelor Bentley Williams before he devastated her and decided to leave the show.
"Before all this, when I would read magazines like In Touch, I would assume the stories had a little truth to them. Now I know they're completely inaccurate," she told the Inquirer.
Hebert also suggested that the accuracy of The Bachelorette's own episodes have been a little off, as they have often concentrated on the negative aspects of her experience.
"There's a lot of good things happening too. You don't see much of that. You only see what sucks people in," she said.
According to Hebert, the show's inclusion of her frequent tears and emotional breakdowns have left viewers with the misconception that she is a seemingly very insecure woman.
"Despite what people believe, I'm actually pretty secure in myself," Hebert said, adding her behavior on The Bachelorette often stemmed from her naivety, which she has since overcome.
"On the show you'll see me trusting everybody. That's always been my default position. Now I feel like I'm jaded. I think I've learned a lot about people, but it's kind of a sad thing," Hebert expressed.
The former fifteenth-season The Bachelor bachelorette also noted her overall experience on The Bachelorette was vastly different from her first reality TV stint.

"Being on The Bachelorette, the pressure is all on you to make everyone happy. You go through so much that you really want something to be there at the end."
