On Monday night's episode of Dancing with the Stars on Disney+, Erich was shown rehearsing with Gabby behind the scenes and then cheering her on in the ballroom audience when the ICU nurse and her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy took the stage on "Elvis Night."

"Oh, my gosh, having him here was amazing," the former Denver Broncos cheerleader gushed to Us Weekly after the live two-hour show.

"[I'm] excited to perform for him and [for] him to see a different side of me that... we don't get to share with each other, you know, every day."

Gabby added, "This last week has been, honestly, like a dream come true. I feel like I'm on Cloud 9. [It's] so cheesy."

Gabby and Val performed a graceful Viennese waltz to "Can't Help Falling In Love" by Elvis Presley, and the pair tied for first place on the judges' leaderboard with two other couples.

All three couples, including Wayne Brady and pro partner Witney Carson as well as Charli D'Amelio and pro partner Mark Ballas, received 32 out of 40 points for their routines.

"I'm so proud of you," Erich told Gabby after her dance routine, before the couple shared a sweet kiss onstage.

Gabby recalled the intimate moment with her fiance being "the perfect close to a beautiful dance."

Gabby survived the vote and will continue competing on Dancing with the Stars' 31st season, but she doesn't expect the journey to be an easy one.

"We're only in Week 2, but I think we both worked our asses off, mostly me this last week and just, like, getting the basics of ballroom [dance]," The Bachelor alum explained.

"That validation feels great and I feel like it's giving me more encouragement for the future."

Next week, is "James Bond Week," and Gabby teased how she and Val will be dancing the cha cha.

"I'm excited for [it]," Gabby said.

"I'm excited to show [a different side] of Gabby as well. The cha cha is a little bit sexier, a little bit more fierce. You know, we showed the beautiful side, the romantic side. Now we can get into the competition."

Gabby has said in the press how she and Erich are "a team now" and "united."

While Rachel Recchia's time on The Bachelorette ended with a broken engagement to Tino Franco after a cheating scandal, Gabby got her happily-ever-after ending.

Erich, a 29-year-old real estate analyst from Bedminster, NJ, who currently lives in California, proposed marriage to Gabby at her Final Rose Ceremony of The Bachelorette's nineteenth season, and Gabby said "yes."

On The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose, Gabby revealed she and Erich had overcome some obstacles in their relationship, such as a resurfaced blackface photo and alarming allegations about a pre-show relationship Erich had with an ex.

Gabby shared on Live with Kelly and Ryan last week how she and Erich are both currently living in Los Angeles, CA.

"He has a lease that I think he's going to finish out, and then we'll probably, you know, get in there and move in together!" Gabby shared.

Gabby boasted of her relationship, "He's really goofy, and I feel like we just had this friendship first. It always felt like we knew each other for way longer than we did."

Gabby said she feels "safe" with Erich and well supported.

"I feel like that's an intangible feeling that relationships give you that are hopefully going to last a while," Gabby noted.
