The Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe just celebrated her 30th birthday and apparently has mixed feelings about it.

"Get ready for soft Kaitlyn...," she captioned the image.
"I think going through what I have, makes me realize how strong of a person I am, and a big part of who I am, is how I was raised, the family I have, and the people I surrounded myself with. I could feel beaten down, and disliked right now, but I feel fortunate, lucky, and extremely happy for everything I have."
The former dance instructor from Leduc, Alberta has had a tough The Bachelorette season so far. She was first criticized for kissing too many guys, and as of more recently, she's been completely slut-shamed by fans for sleeping with a contestant weeks before the fantasy-suite dates.
Promo clips for the rest of her The Bachelorette season reveal Bristowe crying about making a "mistake" because she had other strong relationships developing at the time of her intimate encounter. The men she really cared about appeared devastated and almost disgusted by the news.
"Thank you everyone who came out last night, and to everyone in my life who supports me," Bristowe continued, referencing those who attended her big birthday party. "Turning 30 is exciting. ALOT to look forward to #booboo."
Bristowe officially turned 30-years-old on June 19.
The Bachelorette airs its next episode Monday, June 22, at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
