"It's no secret I'm super skeptical, but I will honestly say that I am so hopeful. I have an amazing group of men and I see a lot of potential," the 31-year-old attorney told Ellen on Thursday's show. "I'm really, really excited to see how this goes, and I feel good."
Rachel -- who revealed she started with "around" 30 guys when cameras began rolling on March 16 -- admitted she's "not good with names at all" but is "trying to make an effort" because she really appreciates the guys going on the show for her. However, she hasn't forgotten anyone's name yet, nor has she called a man by the wrong name.
Rachel also disclosed to Ellen that she had her first kiss of the season already.
"He initiated. It was completely unexpected," the Dallas native gushed, without naming her partner. "I know this sounds cliche, but it totally swept me off my feet. It was good! It was good."

After Rachel said she had yet to see the men shirtless, Ellen welcomed six handsome bachelors onto her show's stage. The men proceeded to introduce themselves one by one, and a couple of them spoke in different languages.
A guy named Brian from Miami, FL noted Rachel is "a great kisser," and after another suitor agreed, Brian quipped, "He got my sloppy seconds!"
Ellen then sent these guys into the audience to dance Magic Mike-style with women in the studio audience, who had dollar bills ready to throw at them once the music began playing. The bachelors were good sports about the whole ordeal and even allowed women to stuff money into their pants.
Meanwhile, Rachel just stood next to Ellen blushing, pointing and laughing.
Another group date Rachel enjoyed prior to her appearance on Ellen's show was with 10 lucky guys.

The group, along with The Bachelorette host Chris Harrison, headed to a Southern California high school on March 20 to play a basketball game with NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in front of a cheering crowd, Us Weekly reported.
Rachel reportedly acted shy around some of her suitors, but the fans at the event had a blast -- and some members of the crowd even got to play ball with the Bachelorette, Chris and Kareem.
On March 20, the show's creator and executive producer Mike Fleiss tweeted a photo of a basketball that Kareem apparently signed for him.
"My all-time favorite athlete!!! What an honor #TheBachelorette," Mike captioned the image, referencing the Los Angeles Lakers legend.
Rachel's season of The Bachelorette is set to premiere on Monday, May 22 at 10PM ET/PT on ABC.
