The Bachelorette star Rachel Recchia has revealed she's considering having a breast reduction surgery, believing it may "change" her life for the better.

"Okay, this is kind of a really big deal for me, but I wanted to come on and ask if there are any women -- or what women -- have experienced getting a breast reduction?" Rachel, 26, said in a recent TikTok video.

"I'm wondering what kind of advice there is out there. I have been in the process of going through my insurance and getting the surgery done since I was 17."

The flight instructor shared, "I think I am about to get it done at the beginning of next month."

Rachel is optimistic going under the knife in March will have positive results.

"I truly think that the surgery is going to absolutely change my life," Rachel continued in the TikTok video.

"Not only in the way that I'm able to exercise and not have pain, but every woman I've ever met who's gotten the surgery has said it's absolutely changed their life."

Rachel went on to say that she'd "love" to "share her journey" with her followers and receive advice from women who have already had the operation.

"I've been, like, a crazy person scouring the Internet trying to figure out what products I need, what to expect before, and what to expect after. I see a bunch of different stories. So I'd love to hear everyone's stories," Rachel said.

The Season 26 The Bachelor contestant admitted this is "a huge deal" to her, and one she isn't taking lightly.

"I'm really excited but I'm super, super nervous," Rachel admitted. "And I'm excited to take you guys along with me in the process and, yeah, I just can't wait to hear what you guys have to say."

Rachel recently moved from Florida to California, and it appears her roommate, Bachelor in Paradise alum Genevieve Parisi, will be taking care of Rachel following the procedure.

"I can't wait to be by your side through this, dressing you and washing your hair," Genevieve commented on Rachel's post.

And Rachel also wrote to a fan, "[Genevieve] is going to take care of me."

Rachel revealed that she thinks it would be worthwhile to have the surgery now, before she gets pregnant and has children.

Her biggest fear, however, is that her breasts will grow back once they are reduced.

Rachel said she ultimately supports a person doing whatever "makes them happy or improves their quality of life."

Rachel told Us Weekly in December that she's "grown so much" since competing for Clayton Echard's heart on The Bachelor's 26th season and then starring on The Bachelorette's nineteenth season.

"I had to watch myself make so many mistakes on the show, which I'm glad and I did learn from. I'm taking all those lessons into my new dating life and figuring out what I really want," she shared.

Rachel also revealed on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast at the time how she had begun dating again following her broken engagement and split from The Bachelorette 19 winner Tino Franco, "I'm obviously taking it slow."

Rachel said she was about to go on a second date with a man, a "random person" and musician who had slid into her DMs on Instagram, but the romance apparently never became serious.

"I don't know how to date not on a camera," Rachel joked of navigating the dating world outside of The Bachelor bubble.

"How do you date outside of sitting down and being like, 'Tell me everything about your life right now in this next five minutes -- go!'... Do I give him a Date Card? Do I say, 'Meet me at the coffee shop, XO, Rach?' Like, what do I do?"

When Rachel spoke to Becca Kufrin about her love life, she said she'd only be interested in a stint on Bachelor in Paradise if her bestie Michelle Young would join her on the beach in Mexico.

"I will not go without her," Rachel said.

But Rachel said she'd "absolutely" star on The Bachelorette again if she'll be guaranteed to find her person.

"I mean, the thought of doing it again in any capacity is so scary," Rachel said on the "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast in October.

Rachel explained how she just wants a commitment from a man and to be done with dating.

"The fact that I find myself now in the same position [as I was in before The Bachelor], I'm like, 'I don't want to do this.' I wanted to find my person," Rachel lamented.

"I want to get married, I want to start a family. That's where I'm at in my life. I don't want to go back to the streets, and now I'm forced to! Literally!"

Rachel revealed on The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose in late September that she broke up with Tino in August 2022 because he had been unfaithful to her and failed to fully explain himself or give a sincere apology for the other relationship, which allegedly climaxed with a kiss.

"This is certainly not how I wanted it to end," Tino insisted on "The Viall Files" podcast in October.

"I wanted to be with her forever, [but I told her] the time we spent together meant so much and still does. Even after [After the Final Rose], I can still appreciate her setting the bar really high on how a woman can treat somebody in a relationship."

During his interview with The Bachelor alum Nick Viall, Tino recalled why exactly his relationship with Rachel had fallen apart and why he ultimately cheated on the blonde beauty.

Tino also revealed he locked himself in a bathroom before his The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose appearance to cry. He had initially thought Rachel was going to want to work things out with him.
