"That is awesome. Thanks," said Cahill after receiving the offer, which will air during Friday's The Doctors episode.
Cahill began last fall's The Biggest Loser edition at 430 lbs. and weighed-in at 191 pounds during December's finale, giving him a 239-pound weight-loss and a 55.58% weight-loss percentage that won the season's $250,000 grand prize and set an all-time show weight-loss record.
While he subsequently told reporters he was happy with his weight and didn't want to lose anymore, he has no qualms with shedding the excess skin.
"I get this question all the time. Everyone wants to know, 'What do you do with all the skin?' I didn't do anything with it. It's still there," said Cahill during his The Doctors appearance.
Cahill will receive skin tucks to both his stomach and chest, which The Doctors co-host Dr. Drew Ordon said can be done in one procedure.
