The Biggest Loser: Couples contestant Shanon Thomas is apparently getting creative with her carb-cutting ways.

The charge stems from a December 16 incident in which Michael Nolden, who resided in the basement of Thomas' house at the time, contacted the police and told them that Thomas had yelled at him to lower the volume of his television, broke some of his Christmas tree bulbs, and then grabbed an open bag of flour and threw some of it into his face, according to the Macomb Daily.
When police arrived at the scene, they saw that someone had attempted to clean flour off of the floor and couch in the room where the incident occurred, according to court records. Nolden has since vacated the house, and Thomas was arrested on Tuesday after Nolden had finished moving his belongings out. She posted her bond, which was set at $2,000 by a district judge.
Thomas reportedly said she was a "good upstanding person" and couldn't "believe this is even happening to me" at her arraignment. She also alleged that Nolden had insulted her weight and attempted to harm her as well.
"He threw a pan in my direction," Thomas told the judge, according to the Macomb Daily. "He told me to get a pizza [because I was on The Biggest Loser]."
Thomas' court documents also seemed to reveal some details of how she and her mother, Helen Phillips, a 47-year-old retired retail manager from Sterling Heights, MI, fared on The Biggest Loser: Couples, which premiered on NBC on Tuesday but is still filming in California, according to the Macomb Daily.
Thomas was one of nine contestants who were sent home at the conclusion of Tuesday night's broadcast of the competition's first week, however the premiere also revealed that Thomas would be allowed to return to the show if her mother still remained in the competition after 30 days.
Phillips is still in California, according to the Macomb Daily, which reported that her husband recently told the paper that she is exercising up to 14 hours a day and has lost "at least" 10 pant sizes.
Thomas hinted at her arraignment that her current time in Michigan may be temporary and implied that she was expecting to return to California to resume taping The Biggest Loser: Couples, the Macomb Daily reported.
While Thomas weighed-in at 283 lbs. on the show's premiere, court records listed her current weight as 185 lbs., according to the Macomb Daily.
If convicted, Thomas could face up to 93 days in jail. No trial date was immediately set.
