The Biggest Loser's twelfth season eliminated Ramon Medeiros during Tuesday night's broadcast of the NBC reality weight-loss competition's tenth episode.

Ramon, a 27-year-old tattoo artist from Florence, CO, became the tenth contestant ousted from the competition's twelfth season after he finished with the lowest weight-loss percentage at the Week 10 weigh-in, which featured the six remaining contestants weighing-in individually as singles, and was subsequently voted off by the rest of the season's cast.
"I came to this ranch alone and dying and unhealthy. I was always constantly lying to myself and for coming on the ranch to being on The Biggest Loser, there is no lying anymore. It feels like a lifetime ago, but in 10 weeks, I've done so many crazy things and I found great friends. The biggest accomplishment of all is just beating diabetes. Everything is just coming into place right now and I'm ecstatic about it," Ramon said following his ouster.
"I met [girlfriend and former contestant Jessica Limpert] and she's the love of my life. She's the other half. With Jess on my side, we can win the 'at home' and The Biggest Loser title, because one of us is going to win that spot back from winning that marathon."
The Biggest Loser's tenth twelfth-season episode began following the elimination of Bonnie Griffin, a 63-year-old retired payroll supervisor from Picayune, MS, after the competition's ninth weigh-in.

The season's remaining contestants then met with The Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney and learned they'd be competing in a Thanksgiving Temptation Challenge. The challenge gave the players five minutes to choose amongst 100 dishes including turkey and gravy, cornbread, and cranberry sauce and eat as many as they wanted.
However, it wasn't about how much the contestants ate. Under each dish was a number from 1-100, and when the challenge ended, the person who randomly picked the lowest number would get to select which prize he or she wished to receive. The contestant who held onto the second lowest number would get to choose next amongst the remaining two prizes, while the person to have the third lowest number would automatically receive the last available prize.
The three prizes consisted of $500 dollars for every pound a contestant could lose over the course of the week, a $25,000 home gym delivered to a person's home and a three-pound advantage for someone on the scale at the upcoming weigh-in. If a person ate three or more dishes and collected all three of the lowest numbers during the challenge, he or she would get all the prizes.
Everyone chose to eat in the Temptation Challenge, but no one ate more than two dishes. Rebecca "Becky" Comet, a 51-year-old math teacher from Benton, AR, drew the numbers 96 and 38. Sunny Sinclair, a 41-year-old fifth grade teacher from Frisco, TX, picked 85. Antone Davis, a 44-year-old restaurant manager and former NFL player from Knoxville, TN, selected the numbers 81 and 46.
John Rhode, a 40-year-old special education teacher and football coach from Mesa, AZ, chose to eat a dish which featured the number 90. Ramon picked the numbers 79 and 52, while Vencent "Vinny" Hickerson, a 27-year-old songwriter and entertainer from Nashville, TN, luckily selected the number 10.

As a result, Vinny chose the three-pound advantage prize, Becky selected the home gym and Antone received the $500 per pound lost.
Afterward, all the contestants worked out and got to enjoy a healthy version of a Thanksgiving dinner The Biggest Loser style with veteran trainer Bob Harper, new trainer Anna Kournikova and new trainer Dolvett Quince. They all went around the table and discussed what they were thankful for.
Later on, the players met with Alison again and learned they'd be competing in the week's challenge. The contestants were instructed to race one mile up Jacob's ladder, which was 5,280 feet to climb. Similar to the Temptation Challenge, they could win three distinct prizes. However, with each prize, the contestants were able to give something away in the spirit of Thanksgiving.
The prizes consisted of the opportunity to gain six months of The Biggest Loser meal plan upon a contestant's return home and also give away the same advantage to a previously eliminated contestant, $2,500 for an individual and someone else in the competition of his or her choice, and a one-pound advantage for a contestant -- who unfortunately, must also give out a one-pound disadvantage to a fellow player on the ranch.
The person to finish the mile in the fastest time would get to choose his or her prize first, the second-place finisher could choose next, and the person to come in third place would get the remaining prize.

John finished the one mile in first place and chose to take the one-pound advantage at the next weigh-in. Alison told him he would have to let her know who he selected to receive the one-pound disadvantage at the weigh-in. Sunny then chose the meal plan and wanted to give the same benefit to Bonnie, who got eliminated the week prior. Ramon -- the third-place finisher -- was thrilled to receive the money and opted to give the same $2,500 amount to his friend Vinny.
The contestants then participated in their last chance workouts with their trainers.
Later on, The Biggest Loser's tenth twelfth-season elimination weigh-in commenced. Alison explained there would be a yellow weigh-in line in which the two individuals to post the lowest weight-loss percentages would fall below it and face elimination, forcing the safe contestants to vote one of them out of the competition.
Alison then announced that if John got eliminated, his trainer Dolvett would go home as well. In order to save himself, John then revealed he had selected Sunny to receive the one-pound disadvantage. Since Sunny had posted a great number the week prior, he figured she wouldn't do as well this week and would end up going home instead of him.
"I'm devastated that he's giving it to me and I think immediately I'm going home," Sunny said. "I think it shows a lot about who John is."

John was the first contestant to step on the scale. He dropped from 310 pounds to 305 pounds after losing five pounds over the course of the week and posting a 1.94% weight-loss percentage with his one-pound advantage.
Antone then weighed-in and lost a total of eight pounds, which earned him $4,000 for the prize he had previously won in the Temptation Challenge. He fell from 339 pounds to 331 pounds and posted a 2.36% weight-loss percentage.
It was then time for Vinny to weigh-in. He shed 11 pounds and posted a 4.18% weight-loss percentage -- which included the three-pound advantage he had won in the Temptation Challenge -- after dropping from 335 pounds to 324 pounds.
Becky stepped on the scale and learned she had fallen from 182 pounds to 177 pounds over the course of the week, losing five pounds and posting a 2.75% weight-loss percentage.
Ramon shed five pounds and posted a 1.83% weight-loss percentage after he fell from 273 pounds to 268 pounds. Sunny was the last contestant to weigh-in and had the one-pound disadvantage weighing heavily on her shoulders.
Sunny dropped from 207 pounds to 202 pounds, which was a total of five pounds. However, with the disadvantage, she only posted a 1.93% weight-loss percentage and fell below the yellow line with Ramon as a result.
The other contestants then had to deliberate to decide which of the two contestants would be eliminated from The Biggest Loser's twelfth season. Both Ramon and Sunny pleaded their cases and neither person wanted to go home.
However, Ramon said he didn't deserve to stay in the competition any more than Sunny did, because he simply didn't pull a good number and Sunny only fell below the yellow line thanks to the disadvantage she was given.
Once in the voting room, the contestants revealed their votes to Alison. Vinny and John voted for Sunny, while Becky and Antone voted for Ramon -- which were enough votes to constitute for his elimination since he had posted a lower weight-loss percentage than Sunny at the weigh-in.
Before Antone revealed his vote, he was upset with John for voting for Sunny because he felt she didn't technically fall below the yellow line and it was John who put her in the face of elimination. Antone said Sunny was the one person who fell below the yellow line but earned her way above it, and he wished John had tried to redeem himself by voting for Ramon instead.
John said he just did what was ultimately best for himself in the game. Antone did not dispute that statement and said he believed John wasn't playing a "gentleman's game." As a result, Antone told everyone he had voted for Ramon since he was the person who truly fell below the yellow line based on his actual weight-loss over the course of the week.

In a post-elimination update, Ramon, who started The Biggest Loser weighing 355 pounds, said he currently weighs 245 pounds. He ended up surprising Jessica with a new makeover and took her on a special sky diving date. The couple has been training together and practicing for the marathon to be held at the end of the show's twelfth season.
In addition, Ramon hinted there might be a wedding engagement in the near future.
