The Biggest Loser: Glory Days allowed Howard "Woody" Carter to re-enter the competition but also eliminated two other contestants during Thursday night's NBC broadcast of the reality weight-loss competition's sixteenth-season.

Scott Mitchell, a 46-year-old bill collector and 12-year NFL veteran quarterback from Mapleton, UT, was ousted from the competition after losing the final Comeback Canyon weigh-in to Woody, a 46-year-old car salesman and former Arena League football player from Las Vegas, NV.
Woody dropped from 291 to 285, losing six pounds at the weigh-in. Scott lost to him by dropping only two pounds -- 242 to 240 pounds. Veteran trainer Bob Harper therefore returned to the ranch with Woody, who earned a second chance and became a member of the Final 5.
Later in the episode, Lori Harrigan-Mack, a 44-year-old director of hotel security and former three-time Olympic gold medal-winning softball player from Las Vegas, NV, was automatically eliminated from The Biggest Loser and sent home after she fell below the red line by posting the lowest weight-loss percentage at the Week 16 weigh-in.
The episode began with Bob and Woody greeting the other contestants and trainers on the ranch. All the contestants were thrilled they'd get to train with Bob and Woody was very happy to be back.

Rob Guiry, a 26-year-old head rugby coach at Western New England University and former rugby player from Springfield, MA, however, broke down crying, saying Woody's participation was unfair. Rob thought he had made the Final 4 and said he finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel only to have it snatched away. Trainer Dolvett Quince had to persuade Rob to keep his temper in check.
All the contestants then met up with The Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney, who explained the rules for their next challenge.
The challenge required each of the Final 5 players to "row and throw." They were instructed to row 2,000 meters on a rowing machine and then shoot five medicine balls of different weights -- six, eight or 10-pound weights -- from the free throw line 15 feet away from the hoop. Each shot had to be taken on or behind the line.
The first person to sink five shots would win a one-pound advantage on the scale, and that person ended up being Toma by a photo-finish. Toma Dobrosavljevic, a 33-year-old senior project manager and former high school soccer, football, volleyball and baseball player from Addison, IL, beat Rob by a hair.
After completing their last-chance workouts, the season's Final 5 weigh-in commenced.

Sonya Jones, a 39-year-old PE teacher/coach and former All American softball player from Springfield, IL, lost six pounds as well and therefore posted a 3.43% weight-loss percentage. She fell from 175 to 169 pounds.
Rob dropped from 330 to 315 pounds. He lost 15 pounds and posted a 4.55% weight-loss percentage.
Woody then stepped on the scale. He fell from 285 to 274 pounds, losing 11 pounds and posting a 3.86% weight-loss percentage.

As a result, Lori fell below the red line and was automatically ousted from the competition.
In a couple of updates, Scott started The Biggest Loser at 366 pounds and currently weighs 240. His 166-pound weight-loss allowed him to become more active with his family and reunite with some of his former teammates to toss a football around.
Lori began her The Biggest Loser journey at 301 pounds. She currently weighs 210 pounds and therefore lost a total of 91 pounds. Since the show, she's found herself laughing and smiling a lot more. She also calls herself a "fun mom" now.
