At Comeback Canyon, veteran trainer Bob Harper works with two contestants, who get the boot from the ranch, every week. At the end of each week, there's a separate weigh-in after which the person with the highest percentage of weight-loss gets to stay at the canyon for another week and the losing contestant must go home for good.
Eventually, Bob will take only one contestant back to the ranch so they can rejoin the original competition and resume competing for the $250,000 grand prize.
Jackie dropped from 243 to 239 pounds, losing four pounds and posting a 1.65% weight-loss percentage. Damien lost eight pounds and posted a 2.55% weight-loss percentage after falling from 314 to 306 pounds.
Later in the episode, Rondalee Beardslee, a 28-year-old nursing student and former high school basketball, football and softball player from New Lothrop, MI, automatically got eliminated from the White Team led by newbie trainer Jennifer Widerstrom after she fell below the red line at the weigh-in by posting the lowest weight-loss percentage on her team. Rondalee now joins Damien at Comeback Canyon.
During last night's The Biggest Loser broadcast, host Alison Sweeney explained athletes are used to ever-changing lineups, and so it was time to re-pick the teams -- but by chance, not choice. Each player randomly drew a weight colored red, blue or white. Contestants who drew a blue weight would train with Jessie Pavelka going forward, while the red weights represented Dolvett Quince's team.
The Red Team was comprised of Rob Guiry, a 26-year-old head rugby coach at Western New England University and former rugby player from Springfield, MA; Sonya Jones, a 39-year-old PE teacher/coach and former All American softball player from Springfield, IL; and Toma Dobrosavljevic, a 33-year-old senior project manager and former high school soccer, football, volleyball and baseball player from Addison, IL.
On the White Team were Rondalee; Scott Mitchell, a 46-year-old bill collector and 12-year NFL veteran quarterback from Mapleton, UT; and Lori Harrigan-Mack, a 44-year-old director of hotel security and former three-time Olympic gold medal-winning softball player from Las Vegas, NV.
The players who became members of the Blue Team were Jordan Alicandro, a 32-year-old regional sales manager and former high school baseball standout from Surrey, BC, Canada; Howard "Woody" Carter, a 46-year-old car salesman and former Arena League football player from Las Vegas, NV; and Jordan Alicandro, a 32-year-old regional sales manager and former high school baseball standout from Surrey, BC, Canada.
The contestants then gathered for the Week 10 challenge. Each team had to prepare and cook a healthy meal in 30 minutes or less to be tasted by celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito. He judged the dishes on taste, creativity and overall nutritional value.
The Blue Team made an egg-white frittata and French toast, the Red Team executed a turkey burger with sweet potato chips, and the White team made a salmon and egg-white omelette and French toast.
The White Team ended up winning the challenge and therefore received a one-pound advantage on the scale.

Once the weigh-in commenced, Alison reiterated how there would be a red line, which means the person to post the lowest percentage of weight-loss on the losing team would automatically be ousted.
The White Team weighed-in first.
Scott dropped from 277 to 268 pounds, losing nine pounds. Lori fell from 249 to 245 pounds, dropping four pounds. Rondalee lost three pounds after she fell from 224 to 221 pounds.
The White Team, with their one-pound advantage, lost a combined total of 17 pounds and posted a 2.27% weight-loss percentage.
The Red Team weighed-in next and Sonya was the first person to step on the scale. She lost six pounds after dropping from 206 to 200 pounds. Rob fell from 374 to 366 pounds, losing eight pounds. Toma shed nine pounds after dropping from 255 to 246 pounds.
The Red Team lost 23 pounds altogether and posted a combined 2.75% weight-loss percentage.

The episode concluded with an update on Jackie's weight-loss progress since her elimination. Jackie started The Biggest Loser weighing 291 pounds, and after losing 83 pounds, she's currently at 208 pounds. She's become a more active mom and finally feels like she has control over her life.
