The Biggest Loser: Glory Days eliminated one contestant for good and sent another to Comeback Canyon during Thursday night's NBC broadcast of the reality weight-loss competition's sixteenth-season.

Damien Woody, a 36-year-old ESPN analyst and two-time Super Bowl champion from Mendham, NJ, was ousted from the competition for good after losing the weigh-in at Bob Harper's Comeback Canyon against fellow contestant Scott Mitchell, a 46-year-old bill collector and 12-year NFL veteran quarterback from Mapleton, UT.
Damien -- who won two weigh-ins in a row at Comeback Canyon -- dropped from 295 to 293 pounds, losing two pounds and posting a 0.68% weight-loss percentage.
Scott fell from 268 to 259, shedding nine pounds and posting a 3.36% weight-loss percentage.
Later in the episode, John "JJ" O'Malley, a 22-year-old bouncer and former Arizona State University football player from Scottsdale, AZ, was voted off the show by all the other contestants after he fell below the yellow line with Howard "Woody" Carter, a 46-year-old car salesman and former Arena League football player from Las Vegas, NV.

JJ and Woody both fell below the yellow line after posting the two lowest weight-loss percentages at the Week 12 weigh-in.
The Biggest Loser's broadcast began with host Alison Sweeney explaining to the Blue, Red and White Teams that they'd no longer be working as teammates. Instead, it became a singles game and every contestant was free to work with one, two or all of the season's trainers: Jessie Pavelka, Jennifer Widerstrom and Dolvett Quince.
The contestants then gathered for the week's challenge, a track and field event.
The contestants were required to race down a lane, overcome hurdles and climb through a mud pit where they'd find a stand with 16 colors on it. They had to memorize the pattern of those colors, race back to the beginning and then recreate that pattern using 16 colored batons. The first contestant to correctly match the pattern and raise his or her flag would win immunity and an automatic spot in the Final 6.
Lori Harrigan-Mack, a 44-year-old director of hotel security and former three-time Olympic gold medal-winning softball player from Las Vegas, NV, was medically cleared to compete with her stress fracture but wasn't allowed to run. Surprisingly, she ended up winning the challenge.

After last-chance workouts, the weigh-in commenced and Alison explained the yellow line.
Lori stepped on the scale first, and as long as she didn't gain weight, she'd be safe from elimination. She dropped from 243 to 240 pounds, losing three pounds.
Woody dropped from 315 to 306 pounds, shedding nine pounds and posting a 2.86% weight-loss percentage.
JJ fell from 306 to 300 pounds. He lost six pounds and posted a 1.96% weight-loss percentage.
Sonya Jones, a 39-year-old PE teacher/coach and former All American softball player from Springfield, IL, lost eight pounds and posted a 4.06% weight-loss percentage after dropping from 197 to 189 pounds.

Jordan Alicandro, a 32-year-old regional sales manager and former high school baseball standout from Surrey, BC, Canada, dropped from 242 to 233 pounds, losing nine pounds and posting a 3.72% weight-loss percentage.
Toma Dobrosavljevic, a 33-year-old senior project manager and former high school soccer, football, volleyball and baseball player from Addison, IL, shed 11 pounds and posted a 4.47% weight-loss percentage after falling from 246 to 235 pounds.
Rob Guiry, a 26-year-old head rugby coach at Western New England University and former rugby player from Springfield, MA, dropped from 365 to 350 pounds and therefore lost 15 pounds and posted a 4.11% weight-loss percentage.
As a result, Woody and JJ fell below the yellow line.
When the players cast their votes, Toma, Jordan and Sonya all voted to eliminate JJ -- who eventually went to Comeback Canyon.

At Comeback Canyon, Bob works with two contestants, who get the boot from the ranch, every week. At the end of each week, there's a separate weigh-in after which the person with the highest percentage of weight-loss gets to stay at the canyon for another week and the losing contestant must go home for good.
Eventually, Bob will take only one contestant back to the ranch so they can rejoin the original competition and resume competing for the $250,000 grand prize.
The episode concluded with an update on Damien's weight-loss progress since his elimination.
Damien started The Biggest Loser weighing 388 pounds, and after losing 107 pounds, he's currently at 281 pounds. Damien said he loves himself again, went back to work as a football analyst and is more active with his kids. He also enjoyed seeing the reactions from his colleagues.
