"I'm so thankful to The Biggest Loser, because this show has helped me to regain my life. I feel so good about myself and I feel pretty. I feel confident and strong. I feel like a totally different person and now, I get to include my family in this journey and I cannot wait," Sunny said following her ouster.
The Biggest Loser's eleventh twelfth-season episode began following the elimination of Ramon Medeiros, a 27-year-old tattoo artist from Florence, CO, after the competition's tenth weigh-in.
The season's remaining contestants then met with The Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney and learned they'd be competing in the week's challenge -- the final challenge on the ranch before the final four contestants would be sent home to continue their weight-loss journeys at home following the weigh-in at the end of the week.
The contestants were told they'd be "putting their weight back on" in which they must race up a mountain carrying all the weight they had lost on the ranch since the beginning. At every checkpoint, the contestants could take off the amount of weight they had lost during that week's corresponding weigh-in. The first player to shed all of their weight and cross the finish line would win the challenge and receive a one-pound advantage at the upcoming weigh-in.
John Rhode, a 40-year-old special education teacher and football coach from Mesa, AZ, won the challenge and the one-pound advantage, although Antone Davis, a 44-year-old restaurant manager and former NFL player from Knoxville, TN, was right on his tail throughout the race.
Later on, Alison explained to the remaining contestants that it was makeover week. She told them they'd be receiving haircuts, new clothes and spa treatments, along with Progresso soup for a year and $5,000.
After they got their makeovers from head to toe, the contestants arrived at the Kodiak Theater, walked a red carpet in front of many supportive fans and then were surprised by being reunited with their spouses. Following the emotional reunions with their loved ones, the five couples watched a Cirque Du Soleil Iris performance in the theater and enjoyed each other's company.
The next day, the contestants introduced their spouses to veteran trainer Bob Harper, new trainer Anna Kournikova and new trainer Dolvett Quince. The couples discussed their experiences on the ranch so far and the trainers got to know the people they had been hearing so much about.
John, Antone, Sunny, Vencent "Vinny" Hickerson, a 27-year-old songwriter and entertainer from Nashville, TN, and Rebecca "Becky" Comet, a 51-year-old math teacher from Benton, AR, then participated in their last chance workouts.
Later on, The Biggest Loser's eleventh twelfth-season elimination weigh-in commenced. Alison explained there would be a yellow weigh-in line in which the two individuals to post the lowest weight-loss percentages would fall below it and face elimination, forcing the safe contestants to vote one of them out of the competition.
Once one person was ousted, the competition's Final Four would be determined and they'd be sent home before returning to the ranch to take part in the season's final marathon, which will allow the person who finishes with the fastest time to rejoin the competition and resume competing for the $250,000 grand prize.

Sunny was the first contestant to step on the scale. She dropped from 202 pounds to 201 pounds after losing only one pound over the course of the week and posting a 0.5% weight-loss percentage.
Antone then weighed-in and lost a total of eight pounds. He fell from 331 pounds to 323 pounds and posted a 2.42% weight-loss percentage.
It was then time for John to weigh-in. He shed nine pounds and posted a 3.28% weight-loss percentage including his one-pound advantage after dropping from 305 to 296 pounds.
Vinny stepped on the scale and learned he had fallen from 324 pounds to 314 pounds over the course of the week, losing 10 pounds and posting a 3.09% weight-loss percentage.
Becky was the last contestant to weigh-in. She shed five pounds and posted a 2.82% weight-loss percentage after she fell from 177 pounds to 172 pounds. As a result, Antone and Sunny posted the lowest weight-loss percentages of the group and fell below the yellow line, forcing them to face elimination.
Once in the deliberation room, both Sunny and Antone tried to convince their fellow contestants that they deserved to be in the Final Four. Sunny said it was her dream and she never thought she would make it that far on The Biggest Loser, while Antone told everyone he wanted to compete against them and push them to be their best even though he knew he'd be considered a threat.
The contestants then met Alison in the voting room and revealed their votes. Becky and John both cast their votes to eliminate Sunny from The Biggest Loser's twelfth season, which were enough to constitute for her ouster. With Becky, John, Antone and Vinny in the Final Four, Alison revealed all age groups would be represented in the finale, as the season began with the contestants competing in teams based on their ages.
In a post-elimination update, Sunny, who started The Biggest Loser weighing 277 pounds, said she currently weighs 181 pounds. She admitted she has a very hectic daily schedule because she is a school teacher, but she did her best to balance working out with her job. In addition, she said she enjoyed playing sports with her husband, taking part in activities she rarely did with him prior to her appearance on The Biggest Loser.
