The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore stepped up to serve as her Infinity team's project manager. Movie star Vivica A. Fox only volunteered to be Vortex's project manager after no one else wanted the job. Vivica, who had already been a project manager once, tried to get Shawn to step up to the plate but she declined the leadership position.
The late Joan Rivers served as a boardroom advisor with Ivanka.
Once both teams gathered in the boardroom to discuss their projects with Trump, Ivanka revealed Vivica's presentation was so "on brand" but failed to emphasis the product enough. Kenya's team, on the other hand, created an experience that didn't resonate with her fashion line's customer. However, Infinity went above and beyond from a creativity standpoint and integrated the shoes well.
Therefore, Kenya's team won thousands of dollars to give to the Detroit public school system.
Vivica pointed out that Shawn and Kate Plus 8 star Kate Gosselin had contributed the least to the task because they just went out shopping. Kate argued that details were extremely important in this task and there was a plain lack of leadership and delegation.
Vivica chose to take Kate and Shawn back into the boardroom with her for one of them to be fired. Vivica explained the women had little drive and she only stepped up to be project manager because Shawn didn't have the courage to. Kate had been project manager once before and won her task, as did Vivica on a separate occasion.
Kate fought very hard to stay and implied that Vivica just had some personal issues with her. Despite Vivica's insistence that Shawn would be more of an asset to her team going forward, Trump chose to fire Shawn for flying way under the radar.
