The CW has announced open casting call dates and locations for America's Next Top Model's fourteenth cycle.

Similar to its first 12 installments, Top Model's fourteenth edition will have a minimum height requirement of 5'7" tall.

The reality series' thirteenth cycle -- which premieres September 9 -- features a cast of aspiring models who are 5'7" or under.

In addition to the height requirement, those interested in applying for Top Model's fourteenth season must be ages 18 to 27 of "diverse backgrounds, shapes and sizes."  Additional information is available via The CW's website.

The CW and Top Model creator Tyra Banks are presumably hoping upcoming auditions run smoother than those held in March, where pandemonium erupted outside Manhattan's Park Central New York Hotel during a thirteenth-season casting call.

After a car began smoking in the street near the crowd of waiting auditioners that were tightly packed onto the sidewalk, hundreds of people began stampeding from the scene, according to eyewitnesses, after false rumors that the vehicle contained a bomb began circulating through the crowd.

Two people were sent to the hospital while four other declined treatment for injuries. In addition, two other women and a man were arrested for disorderly conduct.

Police shut down the audition following the melee, and later blamed Top Model's producers for the incident, saying they had not properly notified the authorities of the size of the crowd they were expecting for the auditions.
