The Glass House eliminated Mike during ABC's Monday night broadcast of the new Big Brother-like reality competition's seventh episode.

Mike had been automatically placed in "limbo" after he was selected as one of the two least favorite players in the game by home viewers and then forced to become a team captain for the second consecutive time for the competition's sixth challenge, which his team ended up losing during last week's broadcast.

Fellow The Glass House contestant Jeffrey later joined Mike in limbo after the rest of the season's contestants unanimously voted to nominate him for elimination in the hopes viewers would save him due to the fact he was a very likeable guy. Viewers were then required to vote for whether Mike or Jeffrey would return to the house this week and resume competing, and they ultimately opted to save Jeffrey and eliminate Mike by only a one percent voting margin separating the two.

During Monday night's broadcast, the house's big screen revealed which two players had received the least number of home viewer votes since the previous episode, ultimately replacing the former positions of Mike and his opposing team captain Stephanie. Joy and Stephanie -- for the second time in a row -- were announced as the least favorite players, and as a result, they were forced to be team captains for the week's challenge and would be sent to "limbo" if their team lost.

The season's seventh challenge required each team to have one player roll two balls up a large ramp and watch it hopefully roll back into one of three containers placed in the middle. That player would then tag their next teammate to do the same. However, the opposing team could sink one of their balls in the other team's container to clear all their balls. The first team to land four consecutive balls in their designated container would win the challenge and be safe from "limbo" nominations.

Stephanie's team ended up winning the challenge. The season's contestants then proceeded to nominate both Gene and Andrea to join Joy in "limbo" following a split vote in the house in which both players had received three votes apiece. Joy then had the ability to determine which contestant she'd prefer to enter "limbo" with her, and she selected Andrea.

Viewers will now get to decide whether they'd like to see Joy or Andrea return to the game.
