The Golden Bachelor alum Susan Noles has admitted she was interested in dating Kelsey Anderson's dad, Mark Anderson, and they were "emailing" following her stint on Gerry Turner's season.

Joan Vassos' cast of senior men has yet to be released for The Golden Bachelorette, which will air on Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT this fall on ABC, and Mark is rumored to be one of the bachelors.

Susan, however, confessed that she had her eye on Mark "long before" The Golden Bachelorette began filming earlier this month.

"I love your dad," Susan, 67, told her podcast guest, Kelsey, during the Wednesday, June 26 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour" podcast. "We're buddies. We chat and we're friends."

Susan's co-host, Kathy Swarts, then recalled, "When we met him at your [The Bachelor: After the Final Rose] finale, of course Susan elbowed her way in to see if she could maybe date the guy."

Susan interjected of that March finale, "We were emailing long before that."

"See!" Kathy, 71, quipped. "Nobody gets a chance. But you're dad is a super nice guy."

"Great guy," Susan clarified.

Kathy proceeded to jokingly ask Kelsey how she and Susan could land a man like her father -- and if Mark has any single friends.

"He's 57, Kathy," Susan gently noted, to which Kathy replied, "So what? I can go younger."

Considering Kelsey, 26, had found love with Joey Graziadei on The Bachelor's 28th season, Kelsey said she'd love for her dad to have a similar dating experience on TV.

"I would fully support it," Kelsey shared, hinting that she'd be thrilled for her dad to appear on The Golden Bachelorette's first season.

"I want my dad to get out there. I want my dad to date. I think that my mom really would want him to."

Kelsey's mom, Denise Anderson, passed away in 2018 following a battle with breast cancer.

"My mom, before she passed, she always said [to my dad], like, 'I want you to find somebody else. I want you to find another love,'" Kelsey revealed.

"Before she was even sick, she'd always say that. I think she just knew that she was going to pass before him."

The Bachelor 28 winner added, "I know me and all my siblings would support him and want him to be happy and find a partner that he can, you know, travel and do things with."

Kelsey gushed about how her dad "deserves" to find love again since he had raised his children with "so much love growing up" and continues to take care of them emotionally.

"I think that loving your family is different than loving a partner. And I think that he needs that support of a partner -- someone that's not his kid, not his brother, or his sister-in-law," Kelsey explained.

"[I want him to have], like, his best friend. I don't know, I just think my dad is deserving of that."

While Kelsey has clearly been nudging her dad to date for quite a while, she admitted that it "took a little bit longer" for some of her siblings to feel the same way.

"My dad hasn't really dated. He kind of dated one or two ladies, but... I don't think that he fully felt like he could date them because he always felt guilty about it," Kelsey reasoned.

"Because he feels like, 'Nobody is going to replace your mom,' and it's like, 'We know that nobody is going to replace our mom. It's going to be a different love, but it's going to be something that you deserve.'"

Kelsey continued, "We just want him to be happy and find a best friend, like how he was with my mom as well."

Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone addressed rumors Mark is going to compete for Joan's heart on The Golden Bachelorette during the June 17 episode of his podcast.

"I do know one guy that's going to be there, and it's not Kelsey Anderson's dad. He might be there, but that's not the guy I heard about," Carbone said.

"Someone emailed me and said, 'Did you notice that Kelsey Anderson's dad went private on Instagram last night?' I said, 'No, I didn't.' I guess he's private on Instagram, which seems kind of weird, and it's not like it would be far fetched if her dad went on the show considering she was openly hoping that he would go on the show."

Carbone said he "wouldn't be surprised if we see" Mark on the show as a result.

"But the one guy that I did hear is not him. So maybe I'll put him out there [later]," Carbone noted.

On his subsequent June 18 podcast, the spoiler blogger mentioned that he's "pretty sure" Mark had filmed The Golden Bachelorette.

"It doesn't look like they are going to announce the guys early... We might see pictures of the guys, but unless people decide to write in, I don't know if we're going to know who any of these guys are," Carbone said.

"Pretty sure Kelsey Anderson's dad is on the show, and I've been told about one other guy that's on the show. He's a restaurateur back East."

The Bachelor fans fell in love with Mark when he appeared on Kelsey's hometown date in New Orleans, LA. Mark boasted a big smile and seemingly had a kind heart.

Kelsey previously posted a TikTok video in March that showed Mark revealing if he'd even be interested in starring on The Golden Bachelor.

"Are you going to be the next the Golden Bachelor?" Kelsey asked Mark, who would be following in 72-year-old Gerry's footsteps.

"No," Mark responded.

"Maybe," Kelsey insisted.

"I'm too young!" Mark concluded.
