The lovebirds got married in a live televised special in Palm Springs, CA, on January 4, but according to TMZ, they have been living apart -- and in totally different states.
TMZ reported on Monday, April 1 that Gerry, 72, is still living at his lake house in Indiana while Theresa, 70, hasn't left her native New Jersey.
Sources told TMZ that Gerry and Theresa are undecided on where they want to live and view moving as a big, time-consuming hassle. They also both live close to family in their respective states.
Gerry and Theresa reportedly have no plans to change their living arrangements any time soon as Theresa continues to work as a senior compliance officer at a financial advisory office in New Jersey.
Gerry and Theresa are therefore long-distance spouses who visit each other frequently.
Gerry and Theresa were most recently spotted together in the audience at The Bachelor: After the Final Rose, which aired live on March 25.
"It was so much fun getting to see everyone last night!" Theresa wrote alongside photos with many The Golden Bachelor and The Bachelor alums via Instagram.
Theresa smiled big in the selfies with Gerry, Gerry's The Golden Bachelor runner-up Leslie Fhima, and memorable The Golden Bachelor contestants Susan Noles, Sandra Mason and Kathy Swarts.
The Bachelor 28 alums Lexi Young, Lea Cayanan, and Rachel Nance from Joey's season also made an appearance in the pictures.
"I really loved watching Joey's season," Theresa continued.

"What an impressive cast, all classy, smart, amazing people and such an overall great production. What a show it was! Congratulations to Joey and Kelsey!! Wishing them a life filled with so much joy, love and happiness!!!"
Gerry, for his part, captioned a group photo on his own Instagram account, "Monday night at Joey's AFR was the absolute best!! Reuniting with old dear friends and meeting new friends. What could be better than that. I love being a part of BN."

After the couple got engaged on The Golden Bachelor, Gerry and Theresa told multiple media outlets that they planned to have a fresh start by moving to South Carolina together.
"For the last couple of years, when my family gets together, I've talked about moving to South Carolina, and it's an idea I've toyed with. And then in conversation with Theresa, a private moment, she's saying, 'Well, yeah, my son lives near Charleston in South Carolina,'" Gerry told People in December 2023.
"And all of a sudden, it's like, there's a big problem that is gone. The issue of compromising on where to live and how to reconcile families and all of that is, it's no longer an issue."
Theresa gushed at the time about how she wanted to build a big home with Gerry so their children and grandchildren could visit and have plenty of room to stay.
And then Gerry drove 10 hours with his dog to visit Theresa in New Jersey on January 9.

Gerry and Theresa were asked if they were still planning to move to Charleston together during a January 16 appearance on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, which is co-hosted by Bachelor in Paradise spouses Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt.
Theresa shared, "We're still going to look there, yeah, absolutely... We're going to consider New Jersey, but it's probably going to be outside of Charleston. So that's the plan!"
Gerry's wife quipped, "The plan is that we're going to plan. We're going to sit down and plan, and all of a sudden, my wheels started spinning about our trip to Italy."
Theresa said she and Gerry were thinking about going to Italy, a trip ABC had gifted them, in May or June of this year.
Considering Gerry and Theresa had very little time to plan their wedding and even enjoy their engagement, they explained why they rushed down the aisle.
"So there's a number of factors, I guess. But the first one is when you look at someone and you know it's right and you're 72, you realize that, you know, waiting a month or a couple of months could possibly be a large percentage the remaining days you have on Earth," Gerry explained on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.
Gerry laughed at his bleak outlook on the future and then added, "You want to get to it, if it's right!"
Theresa also had prior experience with a quick-turnaround wedding. She and her mother planned a wedding to Theresa's first husband, Billy, in two days. (Billy passed away in 2014 from kidney failure after 42 years of marriage).
Serena therefore joked about how a month probably felt like a lifetime to her, and Theresa agreed time was a luxury for her second wedding.
Gerry also gushed on the podcast about how he was "1,000 percent convinced" in Costa Rica -- in the final days of filming The Golden Bachelor -- that Theresa is the right woman for him.
"That's when I felt like I had the final sentence of the final chapter written," Gerry noted.
When the Los Angeles Times previously asked Gerry if he'll continue to seek stardom or just live a quiet life with Theresa post-show, Gerry replied, "I don't think those two things are mutually exclusive."

"But I will say this, I am absolutely going to savor every moment until I get to that altar and say my 'I do's.' I want every single moment to be as joyful for her as it is for me, and I never want to look back and feel I hurried through anything. We'll deal with the aspirations after that."

Gerry gushed about how he had been feeling pure "joy" since The Golden Bachelor finale.
Gerry concluded that he and Theresa "just make a perfect pair" and they're "better as a couple than [they] are individually."
