After Joan and Chock's engagement aired on The Golden Bachelorette's November 13 finale, the couple shared with the media how they're in no rush to tie the knot and had no idea when their wedding would take place.

But Joan shared more specific details about her future wedding during a recent appearance on former The Bachelor star Nick Viall's "The Viall Files" podcast.

"Chock asks me every day, 'When are you going to marry me?'" Joan quipped in her joint interview with Chock.

"So I get asked all the time, but he says whenever I want is fine with him."

Joan praised her new fiance for being "the easiest guy in the world" to date and get along with.

"I originally thought I kind of just wanted it to be an intimate wedding with just family and friends, which is easy to plan. I could do it quicker and sooner," Joan explained.

"You know, I want to wait a little bit and let us just be out [in the public] and live life for at least a few months before we start thinking about a wedding."

However, Joan has apparently had a change of heart.

"Now I'm thinking, maybe, bigger -- and maybe include Bachelor Nation!" Joan revealed.

Nick sounded surprised and happy about the idea of a televised wedding on ABC, but Joan suggested that she and Chock have to talk about specifics.

"That's a bigger conversation and maybe a little harder to do, so it may take a little longer," Joan reasoned.

"But we're going to get married, and I'd say it's in 2025 or early 2026 timeframe!"

Chock, an insurance executive from Kansas, will be heading to Maryland, where Joan lives with her family, for the holidays this year.

And then the happy couple will be traveling to New York City, where they'll begin apartment hunting, in December. (While Joan and Chock are going to continue living in different states due to their responsibilities at their respective homes, their NYC apartment will provide them a convenient meet-up location).

Joan and Chock also have big travel plans for 2025. They shared on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast how they'll be taking trips to Africa, Spain, France and the Caribbean.

"We can now concentrate on our relationship, and I feel that's really important in the beginning," Joan told Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt, adding how she's looking forward to bonding with Chock's friends and family in Kansas as well.

But on the topic of their wedding, Joan said she'd like to just be "us for a little while" and not have to plan or worry about anything.

"I just want to live and be us and meet each other's friends and go out for dinner and take some vacations. But then I do want to get married -- and we've got to see what that looks like," Joan explained.

Joan added how she needed some time "outside of Bachelor Nation" to be a couple before making such big plans with Chock.

But then Chock chimed in and insisted, "We're going to get married. I guarantee we will!"

Joan admitted, however, there is also a part of her that wants to be spontaneous and just elope.

"I've had thoughts in my mind, like, 'Let's just go do it!'" Joan confessed.

Serena joked about how the New York City courthouse is a beautiful place to exchange vows considering she and Joe had a quickie wedding after falling in love on Bachelor in Paradise.

But Chock noted how he'd love for his wedding to be a "special" affair.

Chock said he wants to make his wedding special because he and Joan are in a "very unique" situation.

He also clarified, "We're in our sixties, and there's really no rush. There is not a rush. So we'll navigate all that. The love is there and it's going to happen, trust me!"

When Joan was down to two bachelors on The Golden Bachelorette, Chock and Nevada-based ER doctor Guy Gansert, Chock met Joan's family and then gifted her a red-heart keychain to symbolize his commitment to her and desire to have a place with her in New York City.

Joan was overwhelmed with emotion because Chock -- who also said, "I love you," to Joan at that point -- was willing to make one of her dreams come true.

The next morning, Joan determined that she was also "in love" with Chock and so it would be best to send Guy home immediately.

Joan therefore ousted Guy before he even had the chance to meet her children.

When Joan and Chock reunited at the Final Rose Ceremony in Bora Bora, Joan expressed her love to Chock for the first time, and then he got down on one knee and proposed marriage.

"I've only been in love with one person -- more than one now. I love Chock and I want to spend the rest of my life with him," Joan told The Golden Bachelorette cameras.

Joan and Chock still seemed happy and crazy about each other on the live After the Final Rose special.
