Gregg just got eliminated on The Golden Bachelorette's third episode that aired on October 2 on ABC, but not until after he spent many nights getting to know Pascal, a 69-year-old salon owner from Chicago, IL, whom Joan thought was "hot, confident and successful."

But not only did Pascal need the other senior bachelors to cook for him, he also asked them to do his laundry.

While Pascal was certainly a character with his French accent and apparent high-maintenance personality, Gregg told Entertainment Weekly, "I love him like a brother."

Gregg explained, "The background to that story is that we [went] into the mansion and we found out we were roommates, and I liked him instantaneously."

Gregg called Pascal "such an interesting person," and he added, "I'm a globalist, so I've spent a lot of time in France."

Pascal even invited Gregg to join him in Chicago for a fun trip after filming ended, and Gregg noted, "I'm going to take him up on that."

Gregg also bonded with his other two roommates, Daniel "Dan" Roemer and Charles King.

"The guys, we really just really bonded, and I want the best for my new brothers," Gregg told EW.

"I love that. We would stay up late at night and talk, my roommates and I... and I'm so close to those guys now."

Gregg said he loved Pascal even though Pascal had to kick him out of their room every night for snoring.

"I mean, I love that that happened, because he's just such a cute guy and not like anybody I would've normally met," Gregg shared.

"The first night we're having these conversations and we stayed up really late. And of course, if I'm overly tired, that's when the snoring really happens."

"So yeah, I woke up to Pascal leaning over me hitting me with a pillow," he recalled. "But I volunteered to go sleep downstairs."

Gregg therefore slept downstairs every single night of his The Golden Bachelorette experience.

"[Jack Lencioni] was already sleeping on one of the sofas downstairs, and he left me the Rose Ceremony room. So I felt a sense of history," Gregg said.

"We'd stay up late, we'd have our little four-boy chat and talking about life and the universe and everything. Then when it was time to go to bed, I'd grab my blanket and my pillow and they'd kiss me goodnight and I'd go downstairs."

Gregg also clarified that he never made money off Pascal by doing his laundry.

Gregg revealed that Pascal "was really almost afraid of the experience, that he was going to have to fend for himself."

Gregg therefore stepped up as a good friend, expecting nothing in return.

"Our room was right next to the laundry room," Gregg recalled, "and I'm like, 'Look, I'm ready to do a load of wash.' And I asked all three of them. I'm like, 'Dan, CK, Pascal, I'm about to do a load of wash. Just give me your stuff and I'll put it in there.'"

In that moment, Gregg said Pascal's eyes grew very wide.

"[Pascal] was like, 'Really?' I was a little bit afraid, though, because his clothes are worth more than my clothes. We were just goofing around and I'm like, 'Well, what do I get out of this?' And he is like, 'I will pay you!'" Gregg shared of the way things went down.

Gregg concluded that he wants "to go hang out with Pascal" as soon as possible.

"Jack and I have already been talking, and he's hilarious. And then [Jordan Heller] and I turned out to be fraternity brothers, not in the same school, but I was at the University of Wisconsin when he was in the same fraternity at the University of Iowa," Gregg revealed.

"So I can't wait to get up there and hang out with all of them."

Gregg, who didn't think Joan liked him very much, was also happy that Joan and Pascal really hit it off.

Gregg shared of Joan and Pascal's connection, "Their first date was of course a really cool date, and I could see her eyes light up when he was in the room."

Gregg explained how Pascal, Jordan, Chock Chapple, Jonathan Rone, and Keith Gordon were all "fantastic" men but it's difficult to "find a commonality" amongst them.

Gregg noted how all of those The Golden Bachelorette frontrunners have "different strengths and attributes."

"I know she'll be fine because she had a great variety of people, and I know of at least five people that she could connect with," Greg shared.

"At our age, you don't have to hit 100 percent. We all have learned how to live alone and with other people, so I don't think she's going to have a problem. Any one of those guys would be fantastic."

On The Golden Bachelorette's latest episode, Pascal and Joan enjoyed a Pretty Woman-inspired date in which they flew on a private jet and had a shopping spree.

Pascal opened up about his childhood to Joan during the dinner portion of the evening, and it allowed her to see more of his heart instead of just his nice Gucci clothes and manicured appearance.

"I had a very tough childhood where money was always an issue. We were living in an apartment where there were six in a room, two in each bed. We had no bathroom and no shower," Pascal admitted.

"And I was really resentful because I never had mom and dad come up and... give me a hug and tell me, 'I love you.' They'd say, 'Go play in the street.'"

At a young age, Pascal had the opportunity to move to the United States, and he apparently took the trip with a big hole in his shoe.

"I said, 'I am going to be successful and make something of myself.' When I came to the U.S., I didn't speak a word of English... but I would look in the mirror and say, 'You've got this! Be positive!'" Pascal recalled.

Joan called Pascal "a solid human being," and she was happy to see a softer and more humble side of the bachelor during their solo date.

Pascal said there was "no doubt" in his mind that he and Joan had a connection, and he gushed about their chemistry and great conversation. Their date ended with Joan giving Pascal a rose.
