The Miz said on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" that he is no longer a villain on WWE programming due to his USA Network reality series, "Miz & Mrs."
"For the past 13 years I have been a villain, I have been egotistical, arrogant, cocky, evil if you will but now with 'Miz & Mrs' coming along I've turned into a good guy," The Miz said.
"I'm used to people telling me I suck and that I'm a terrible human being," he continued. "Now they just cheer me and love me and applaud me."
"Miz & Mrs" follows the lives of the grappler and his wife, fellow WWE star Maryse Ouellet, as they raise their 1-year-old daughter Monroe Sky.
The first season is set to wrap up in August. The Miz also discussed how Ouellet is eight months pregnant with their second daughter and how he stepped aside to allow wrestling legend Goldberg to face Dolph Ziggler at WWE's SummerSlam on Sunday.
"I figured I will have so many opportunities at SummerSlam, Goldberg, this might be his last," The Miz said.
