The New Celebrity Apprentice star Arnold Schwarzenegger "terminated" Carson Kressley and Lisa Leslie during the second half of Monday night's two-hour episode on NBC.

"This is the first time I've ever been fired in my life, but I played the game the best that I could," Lisa said in her final words. "I kept my integrity. I've been an honest person from start to finish. At the end of the day, I hope America loves me as much as I love America."
"Being fired is not fun, but I leave here with my head held high," Carson explained following his ouster. "I was project manager three times. And I looked pretty cute -- had some good outfits. But unfortunately, I made a call and made a mistake. Oops. But when you do your very best, you can't wish for much more."
The drama kicked off with Arnold approaching the two teams with a new task at one of Gold's Gym locations in Los Angeles.
At this point in the season, "Arete" featured American Ninja Warrior host Matt Iseman, former Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet, and retired undefeated American pro boxer Laila Ali.
"Prima" was comprised of Carson, Lisa and Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Boy George.
The season's tenth task required the teams to negotiate for one of four pieces of gym equipment to sell, price the item, come up with a sales pitch, and then sell the product live from Muscle Beach in Venice, CA, through an eight-minute timeslot on QVC.
Leeza Gibbons, a talk show host and recent winner of The Celebrity Apprentice, would choose the winner and ultimately serve as a boardroom adviser.
Brooke and Carson both stepped up to serve as project managers since they have experience selling on QVC. Brooke also had a leg up on the competition since she has expertise in health and fitness. This marked Carson's third time working as a project manager.
Carson's Prima team chose to sell a "double flex total body gym workout," while Brooke's Arete team pitched a slide board with a one-month shipping delay and high cost of $109. Brooke definitely took risks by choosing this particular equipment.
Once in the boardroom, Leeza revealed that Prima sold 88 units of the double flex for a total of $8,798. Arete, on the other hand, sold 156 units of the slide board for a total of $17,158.
Brooke's team won as a result and she received $50,000 for her charity, Operation Smile, which pays for surgery for children with facial deformities.

Leeza explained that Carson's presentation didn't take viewers on a potential weight-loss journey with its equipment.
Lisa, who was directing the presentation from a control room, also didn't switch things up when she realized the product's sales were flat-lining. Arnold suggested that as a female athlete, she could've sold the product well by setting an example, and she should've switched places with Carson on the stage.
As a result, Carson -- being project manager -- also dropped the ball since he chose not to utilize Lisa's celebrity, especially since women can relate to her and the majority of QVC's viewers are female. Since Brooke's team doubled Carson's team in sales, Arnold called it a "major defeat."
Carson lost two tasks as project manager, while Lisa's team lost seven tasks and was brought back into the boardroom five of those times. Arnold therefore decided to fire both Carson and Lisa.
Next week, the Final 2 will be determined with actress Jessica Alba serving as a boardroom adviser.
