The New Celebrity Apprentice star Arnold Schwarzenegger "terminated" Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi during the second half of Monday night's two-hour episode on NBC.

"My charity is the North Shore Animal League America, so I wanted to come here to support them. Overall, this experience has been amazing. I loved everyone involved and I'm really sad to leave, but it's just not for me," Snooki said following her ouster.
The episode kicked off with the season's 13 remaining celebrities still split into two teams -- men "Arete" vs women "Prima" -- and awaiting their next task.
The season's fourth task was to create, produce and edit a viral video for four new barbecue sauces made by King's Hawaiian. The teams would be judged on viral potential, brand integration and product appeal.
Snooki stepped up to be project manager for "Prima" because she believed she could do it, while American Ninja Warrior host Matt Iseman volunteered to lead the men's team.
Once in the boardroom with Arnold's nephew Patrick Schwarzenegger and social media influencer iJustine serving as advisers, Arnold wanted to discuss each team project's strengths and weaknesses.
The King's Hawaiian executives thought "Arete" made much better use of their celebrity and loved the video's production value as well as the directing done by ESPN sports analyst and former NFL running back Ricky Williams. They liked the overall idea but thought the product appeal could be better.
As for the women, the executives loved their "double dipping" video and product appeal. It was important to show how much the actors were enjoying eating the sauce, however, there was almost no brand recognition in the "saucy Housewives" video.
In the end, the men's "Areta" team won their third challenge, scoring Matt $50,000 for his Arthritis Foundation charity.
It came to light that the "saucy" video's editing and directing was the issue, and Snooki insisted the people responsible for that were former pro basketball player and three-time WNBA MVP Lisa Leslie -- who disagreed whole-heartedly with the accusation -- and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams.
Snooki therefore brought Lisa and Porsha back into the boardroom with her. However, Snooki confessed she was "terrified" to be project manager and struggled to stand up to and be vocal with such opinionated women. Her lack of confidence in herself was showing.
Lisa and Porsha ended up arguing over who was to blame for the video's edits, and Snooki just couldn't handle it. The reality TV star interjected that she wanted to take the fault for her team's loss.

"This challenge has been so hard for me, and I try to be strong, but I'm not like you guys. I feel like I don't belong here... I don't want to be a part of this," Snooki said in tears.
Arnold handled Snooki's admission gracefully and commended her for doing an "extraordinary" job on the show, adding that she has many talents.
"I'm sorry to say, you're terminated," Arnold told her.
"I really tried my hardest," Snooki noted.
