The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice will reportedly be unable to spend time with her husband Joe Giudice at home once he's released from prison this week.

Instead of being able to go home with his wife and four daughters, 46-year-old Joe will be transferred directly into Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody when he finishes his sentence on March 14 until he's deported back to his native Italy, according to RadarOnline.
"ICE expects the Bureau of Prisons Allenwood Low Federal Correctional Institution to honor our detainer, and Mr. Giudice will be taken into ICE custody," an official told the website.
Although Joe filed an appeal in November 2018 regarding his deportation status, he will still reportedly be placed in a detention center until a decision is made.
"The custodial aspect of Mr. Giudice's federal sentence does in fact expire on or about March 14, 2019," Teresa's attorney James J. Leonard Jr. told the New York Post's Page Six on Friday.

"However, due to the immigration order and detainer lodged against him, that is not a release date meaning he is not coming home on that date. We are optimistic that once his appeal is heard, he will receive the appropriate relief and will be able to come home and remain there with his family. They love him, they support him and they miss him tremendously."
Given the appeal process takes up to one year to complete, Joe could reportedly be detained that entire time -- unless the court chooses to release him from the detainment center early.
Joe began serving his 41-month prison sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey in March 2016, shortly after Teresa was released from prison in December 2015 after spending 11 months behind bars.
The couple had been sentenced to jail time in October 2014 after pleading guilty to three counts of bankruptcy fraud as well as conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud as part of a plea deal to resolve their 41-count federal fraud indictment.
Joe also reportedly admitted he did not pay approximately $200,000 in taxes.

In October 2018, Immigration Judge John Ellington ordered Joe -- who moved to the United States at the age of 1 but never became a U.S. citizen -- to leave America and return to his native Italy once he's released from prison, Entertainment Tonight reported.
Teresa, 46, shocked the world during the Season 9 reunion taping for The Real Housewives of New Jersey in January that she and Joe will actually go their "separate ways" should he be deported. The special just aired on March 6 on Bravo.
According to Us Weekly, Teresa said of her husband of 19 years, "I'm not doing a long-distance relationship... I want somebody with me every day. I know exactly what happens. You know, I'm sure he'll be with other women. It happens... It's not going to work. I'd be like, 'Bye, bye.'"
Teresa also allegedly predicted her daughters -- Gia, 18, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9 -- would be against moving to Europe in order to follow their father.
In addition, Teresa was spotted holding hands with Blake Schreck, who is 20 years younger than her, during a Miami weekend getaway in February, Us reported, adding that she also wasn't wearing her wedding ring.
