Radziwill, a bestselling author and former ABC News producer, wed Anthony Radziwill, who was the nephew of the late Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, in 1994 but was widowed after he died of cancer in August 1999.
The Real Housewives of New York City reportedly may position Radziwill, who also lost her good friend Carolyn-Bessette Kennedy in the tragic plane crash that also took the life of John F. Kennedy Jr., as the cast's "single girl" replacement for Barhop and former cast member Bethenny Frankel.
Thomson is married with two children and runs a shapewear business Yummie Tummie. However, she has also been linked to stars such as singer Beyonce and rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs, according to the Daily News.
Drescher has three children with her husband Reid Drescher, who founded Spencer Clarke Securities and Investment Banking. According to a source, the show's producers were reportedly successful in their attempts to find a "Wall Street wife" in landing Drescher.
Another source told the Daily News that while Thomson and Drescher have been acquainted with The Real Housewives of New York City's remaining stars, Radziwill has "never met any of the women."
Bravo reportedly declined to comment on the show's alleged new cast members, but a cable network representative insisted no announcements have been made about the upcoming cast additions.
