The Real Housewives of New York City star was arrested early Monday morning in Southampton Village for DWI, The New York Post reported Wednesday.

Morgan was pulled over by a Southampton Village police officer after she failed to stop at a stop sign at 2:16AM on Monday, according to The Post, which added sources claim the 46-year-old had been partying on the East End over the holiday weekend.

She subsequently failed a series of field sobriety tests and refused to take a Breathalyzer test before being taken to a local police headquarters and charged with DWI, The Post reported.

Morgan -- a single-mother of a 9-year-old daughter who has worked as a manager and consultant at various New York City restaurants -- joined The Real Housewives of New York City cast for the show's third season, which premiered in March.

She is currently slated to appear in court to face the charge at a later date.
