The 16-room home sits on 3.77 acres of wooded property and includes six bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, separate guests suites, and numerous other amenities ranging from game and wine rooms to ponds, a stream and a man-made waterfall, according to E! News.
The couple filed a bankruptcy petition with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Newark, NJ in October that listed $11.8 million in debts.
That total reportedly includes $5.8 million on various business investments made by Joe, $2.6 million in mortgages on three homes, $12,000 owed to a fertility clinic, and $104,000 in credit card bills,
The Real Housewives of New Jersey's first season had featured Teresa stating she had decided to custom build the home because she felt buying an existing home was unclean.
