Hilton was sentenced Friday for driving without a license, in violation of her probation in an earlier DUI case. Judge Michael Sauer ordered Hilton to report to jail no later than June 5.
Loyola Law School professor Laurie Levenson told People magazine the appeal is a "long shot." Levenson says it was a "clear-cut case against" Hilton.
