Los Angeles socialite Paris Hilton donned a black wig, a floppy hat and big sunglasses as she jetted to Maui just days after her three-week stint in jail.
Hilton traded her jail cell for first-class airline seating and first-class hotel accommodations, E! News reported Thursday.
Hilton's trip came two days her release from a California jail where she served 23 days for violating her probation and one day after appearing on CNN's "Larry King Live."
King said he thought Hilton was honest "for the most part."
The veteran interviewer told Ryan Seacrest during the E! News anchor's KIIS-FM show he thought the interview was good television.
"I don't think you turned it off," he said. "I thought she looked good -- for someone who'd been in jail, she looked fine."
Her answers were shorter than he would have liked, King said.
"I might have wanted more introspection," he explained. "And I think she's finding herself. She's been raised with more money than God. And you've got to face life as she's tried to face it."
Hilton's appearance nearly tripled King's usual audience -- 3.2 million viewers tuned in versus the average 1.1 million.
