For winning The Sing-Off's holiday revival, Home Free, from Minneapolis, MN, walked away with the grand prize of $100,000 and a Sony Music recording contract.

Home Free is an experienced country group of five men who, according to NBC, have already been on the road for years touring the country.

"This means everything we've ever done -- everything we have ever done has been so worth it, like the hard work, being away from our families and traveling all the time. That's why it means so much! It just means the world," a member of the group said after winning the show.

"Chris and Adam started this group 13 years ago and I can say that, as a group, we have seen how The Sing-Off has changed the face of a cappella 110%. We can see that in our audience, and here we are now taking it one step further. This has been such an amazing season. Look around! We all share this really intense love for music and we're altogether, and somehow, we've all come to love each other so much."

Home Free defeated runner-up group Ten, from Dallas, TX.

Ten is comprised of eclectic artists who have experienced traveling with professionals in well-known bands. They have a gospel influence in their sound.

Vocal Rush, from Oakland, CA, finished in third place.

Vocal Rush, who sing pop and R&B, was the youngest group in the competition. They have won the high school a cappella groups' international championship two years in a row.

"First off, I can't say how much of a world-class a cappella group Home Free is, like, phenomenal. We've become close, we've become friends, you know? I don't think there's anything better than that. So with that being said, I'm proud of my team. We came here never doing a cappella music and we're here. That's just an accomplishment in itself," a member of the group said.

Nick Lachey served as The Sing-Off's host, and Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men and Ben Folds of Ben Folds Five returned as judges. Singer and songwriter Jewel replaced former The Sing-Off judge Sara Bareilles this season on the panel.

The Sing-Off aired as a "holiday strip" and ran for seven episodes. The season began with 10 a cappella groups competing for the title.
