Dwayne Johnson is giving viewers a glimpse at NBC's new "The Titan Games" sports competition.
The 46-year-old actor and wrestler shared a behind-the-scenes look Friday featuring some of the show's contestants.
"I'm pullin' back the curtain to reveal an exclusive look inside our @nbctitangames. Thousands applied, but I chose only 64 to show what it takes to become a TITAN," Johnson captioned the post on Twitter.
"Here's the 1st episode of our new docu-series #WhateverItTakes. Then join us for the 2-hr premiere on JAN 3 on @NBC," he said.
"Whatever It Takes" introduces Ben Afuvai, a metal polisher, Cole Wadsworth III, a real estate developer, Nikkie Neal, a fitness model, and other hopefuls.
Johnson serves as "The Titan Games" host.
"Dwayne Johnson created the ultimate athletic competition to give everyday people the chance of a lifetime," the preview reads.
"The Titan Games" begins with 64 contestants, who take on various physical challenges throughout the season.
The show culminates on a structure called Mount Olympus, with one male and one female hopeful named champions.
