"When you're in love and have truly aligned values, nobody can get to us," Gwen, 54, said in a joint interview with Blake, shaking off the breakup rumors.
"You can say whatever you want to say about our relationship -- I mean, a week ago we were getting divorced again or something."
Gwen added of the social-media speculation, "It's just lies. The truth is the truth, and we know what that is."
Gwen, however, admitted that she still battles some insecurities in her relationship, which inspired the couple's duet "Purple Irises," a song that symbolizes their connection and was released in February.
Gwen and Blake apparently discovered purple Irises growing on Blake's farm and the former No Doubt frontwoman -- who has her own tractor now -- made it her own project to transplant and take care of them.
"I had been going through those times where you're questioning, 'Oh my gosh, am I just getting older? Am I cute?'" Gwen shared.
"In my own relationship, even though I know the truth of what's happening today, you still create drama in your own mind about your insecurities and what might happen. I was in that phase of the relationship with Blake and getting paranoid."
But Gwen apparently isn't alone in feeling that way.
"It's an insecurity we both have," Blake told the magazine. "These are conversations that she and I have with each other: 'Are you still going to love me when I'm old or if I forget who I am?'"
Gwen added, "So that [negativity] would never penetrate just by me being vulnerable and sharing a song that I didn't write for anybody else but myself and Blake."
Gwen met Blake on The Voice and they confirmed they were dating right after Halloween in 2015.

Gwen and Blake fell in love after going through divorces earlier that year. Blake, who was previously married to Kaynette Gern from 2003 to 2006, was going through a divorce with Miranda Lambert, whom he wed in 2011 and split from in 2015.
Gwen's former husband is Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, who she wed in 2002 and divorced in 2016. The pair share three sons together: Kingston, 17, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10.
Blake and Gwen announced their engagement in October 2020 after dating for more than five years.
The lovebirds then got married on July 3, 2021 at Blake's ranch in Tishomingo, OK.
After nearly a decade with Blake by her side, Gwen gushed about how their marriage is thriving.
"The truth is I am in love with my best friend," Gwen said. "All this sh-t I'm thinking of in my brain, that's all it is -- I'm overthinking."
Although Gwen isn't currently serving as a coach on The Voice's 25th season, she sat in one of the big red chairs for Seasons 7, 9, 12, 17, 19, 22, and 24.
Blake, for his part, retired from The Voice last spring after serving 23 seasons as a coach in order to spend more time on his craft and with his family. He starred as one of the show's original coaches back in 2011 and on every season thereafter.
