Each coach is allowed two "Steals" in the "Battle Round," which means a coach can steal any two singers who lose their respective battles to teammates.
Adam Levine matched up Amanda Ayala and Shelby Brown to perform "Edge Of Seventeen." Adam said Shelby had "sass" and Amanda was already a pro. Adam picked Shelby as the winner because she was able to conquer her nerves and really shine.
Pharrell Williams paired Amy Vachal with the duo Jubal and Amanda. The threesome took the stage with a performance of "To Love Somebody." Pharrell called Jubal and Amanda "an amazing unit," while Amy took an incredible approach to songs. Pharrell wanted Amy to stay on his team because there's something rare about her and he can do a lot with her in the competition.
Three battles were quickly featured in a video montage.
Pharrell asked his team members Daria Jazmin and Darius Scott to sing "Lean On Me," and Pharrell selected Darius as the champion. Blake Shelton forced Cole Criske to square off against Nadja Nicole. The girls sang "Baby One More Time" and Blake advanced Nadja in the competition.
Gwen Stefani's faceoff was between Hanna Ashbrook and Summer Schappell. The duo performed "Leave The Pieces," and Gwen picked Summer as the winner.
Blake matched up Emily Ann Roberts with Morgan Frazier for a performance of "I'm That Kind Of Girl." Blake explained how Morgan hit a "Carrie Underwood note" but Emily has come a long way with her confidence and stage presence. Blake picked Emily as the winner because he can make the biggest difference with her.
However, Pharrell wasn't ready to let Morgan go. The coach decided to steal her in order to have a country artist on his team -- his first country artist ever.
The "Knockout Round" begins next week and each team member will have the opportunity to pick his or her own song and then sing a solo. After two artists perform their solos, only one will survive unless stolen by another coach.
