The Voice has crowned Chloe Kohanski its thirteenth-season winner over runner-up Addison Agen.

Chloe, a 23-year-old classic rock singer from Mt. Juliet, TN, was declared the champion of Season 13 of The Voice during Tuesday night's live finale broadcast on NBC.

"I feel like I've come so far, going from playing in small bars and now I'm singing to the world," Chloe said in a video montage that played before The Voice host Carson Daly announced the voting results.

"There have been times where I didn't think music was going to be possible. [My coach Blake Shelton] really gave me this opportunity. [Winning] would mean I was right to never give up on my dream."

Chloe really appreciated how Blake always allowed her to be herself, and Blake simply viewed her as a "superstar." Blake joked with his team member that he hopes he'll be able to be the opening act for her concert tour one day.

Addison, a 16-year-old singer with an old soul and hauntingly beautiful pop voice from Fort Wayne, IN, finished in second place.

"I've really grown as an artist and I know who I want to be, and I learned a lot of that from [my coach Adam Levine]. To win The Voice would mean all the hard work I've put in was worth it," Addison said prior to Chloe's victory announcement, adding that she wouldn't have made it this far on the show without her mother's support.

Addison thanked Adam for believing in her from the very start, and she said his trust in her as an artist means more than he'll ever know.

Brooke Simpson, a 26-year-old singer from the Haliwa-Saponi tribe in North Carolina who currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL, claimed third place in the competition. She represented Miley Cyrus' team in the finale.

"My parents sang from church to church growing up. The only normal I knew was music. Before this, I had 26 years of no's, and then Miley was my 'yes.' [Winning] would mean that my life has changed forever," Brooke said before the results were revealed.

Brooke was incredibly emotional during the finale and gushed about how Miley had become her "sister, friend and one heck of a leader."

And Red Marlow, a 40-year-old construction company owner from Rogersville, AL who currently resides in Dickson, TN, placed fourth in the reality singing competition.

"Less than a year ago, I was beginning to move on away from music, but being on here and charting on iTunes, I feel really blessed. [Winning] would mean everything to my family," Red said mid-episode.

Chloe was crowned the winner based on home viewer votes cast following Monday night's Top 4 final performance show in which each artist was afforded the chance to sing one cover song and a duet with his or her coach, as well as debut an original song either written by or for the contestant that had also been recorded in a professional studio for release.

Carson revealed Tuesday night that all four finalists had landed in the Top 10 on the iTunes singles chart. In fact, eight of the Top 10 songs came from The Voice's Monday-night performance show.

The Voice broadcast also featured entertaining performances from the following big names in the music industry: Bebe Rexha, Charlie Puth, Kelly Clarkson, Norah Jones, Bastille, Sia, Billy Idol, Demi Lovato, Vince Gill, Jessie J, former The Voice coach Pharrell Williams, last season's The Voice winner Chris Blue, and Season 13 The Voice contestant Chris Weaver.
