Amber Carrington from Rockwall, TX; Judith Hill from Pasadena, CA; Jess Kellner from North Richland Hills, TX; Colton Swon and Zach Swon from Muskogee, OK -- a duo who perform as The Swon Brothers; Garrett Gardner from Ringwood, NJ; and Holly Tucker from Lorena, TX, advanced to The Voice's "knockout" round.
Amber, Judith, Jess, The Swon Brothers, Garrett, and Holly moved forward in the competition after they won their respective "battle" round face-offs against fellow contestants Sasha Allen, Karina Iglesias, Taylor Beckham, Christian Porter, J'son, and Michelle Raitzin.
The artists squared off in the "battle" rounds after The Voice coaches each selected two members of his or her individual singing team to perform a duet performance that would end with the coach eliminating one of the singers from the competition.
However, similar to last season, each coach is allowed two "steals" all season in which two losing face-off contestants may be added to a different coach's original six-member team of "battle" round-winners.
During Monday night's broadcast, three contestants were stolen: Sasha from New York, NY; Taylor from Dallas, TX; and Karina from Miami, FL.
Amber and Sasha were matched up by Adam and required to sing "Try." Sasha was stolen by Shakira.
Adam also paired Judith and Karina, who then performed a duet of "It's A Man's, Man's, Man's World." Karina was stolen by Shakira.
Jess and Taylor were selected by Usher and assigned "You Know I'm No Good" for their "battle" round. Taylor was stolen by Blake.
The Swon Brothers and Christian were paired by Blake and required to perform "I Won't Back Down."
Garrett and J'son were matched-up by Shakira and required to sing "How You Like Me Now" for their "battle" round.
Blake paired Holly and Michelle and then had them perform a duet of "Blown Away."
