Both individuals were afforded the chance to sing again, which marked Korin's third time performing for the Twitter Save. Korin sang "Try," but home viewers ultimately decided to keep Braiden in the competition.
Korin talked to Reality TV World during a Wednesday press conference call. Below is what she had to say. Check back with us soon for more from Korin's lengthy interview.
Reality TV World: Talk to me about your performance of "Try" for the Twitter Save. Was the pressure of the competition just getting to you a little bit? And was there a piece of you that was relieved to go home, like you almost felt, "I wouldn't mind getting eliminated because the competition has stopped being fun for me...?"
Korin Bukowski: There is a time when the competition becomes very stressful, but it's always fun. We all sometimes feel ready to leave. I didn't feel ready to leave. I was feeling tired but not ready to go. But what happened to me was, like, (laughs) just two times being saved and having to be there a third time, I was really emotional and it's an emotional song.
Everything about the song is how I felt throughout my whole life. So it was just a lot of emotion at once. And I guess I just let them overwhelm me too much during the performance, but I wouldn't say I felt ready to leave necessarily. But I was getting tired; We all get tired at this point in the competition.
Reality TV World: Your coach Gwen is facing a little criticism for being too focused on her team members' style and haircuts, etc, rather than great song selections for you guys and worrying about the vocals and stuff. Considering the fact Braiden also landed in the bottom two last night, what are your thoughts on that?
Korin Bukowski: Well, Gwen likes to, you know, help us find different parts of ourselves and try to feel comfortable with who we are through that. And for me, we tried a lot of different styles and different hairdos, and it was an amazing experience. I feel like through that, I gained a larger appreciation for almost who I was at the beginning of the competition and I'm so thankful to her for that.
She does actually help us a lot with songs, like, I was in her trailer and we were discussing songs last week for this week's performance. She really does care about our singing as well as our looks and stuff. She's just all about the package when it comes to a star-quality kind of thing.
I don't know and Braiden! I don't know why he was down there with me! I love my little kiddo teammate. He gave a great performance, so I don't really know what that was based off of.
Reality TV World: Do you think you would've benefited from having another coach, like if you had been stolen during the competition? I've been asking contestants every week whether they feel sticking with one coach their whole time on the show was an advantage or disadvantage.
Korin Bukowski: I think anyone could really benefit from learning from a different coach at some point in the competition because each one is so different and has success from different ways that you could've learned something much different.

I could've learned something so different from [Pharrell Williams] or [Blake Shelton] than I could learn from [Adam Levine] or Gwen, because each one is just so different and that's why they're on this show. So, I could've learned something new, but I think I would've ended up in the same place I was meant to end up.
Reality TV World: If you couldn't work with Gwen, which other coach would you have picked?
Korin Bukowski: I don't know whom I would've loved to work with! They're all so great. I think I would love to work with maybe Adam just because I think he has a similar idea -- the closest, kind of, artist there is to me next to Gwen. So, maybe Adam. (Laughs)
Reality TV World: You said you sort of lost your magic during your time on the show, meaning you kind of lost yourself. What did you mean by that exactly?
Korin Bukowski: I'm not a competitive person. I don't like competing against my friends -- which, I guess I entered the wrong show for that! (Laughs) But as you go on and see people leave, it really hurts you and it hurts your soul. It was hard for me to see my friends go. So, it became more of a task than fun.
But it is a lot of fun to do the show. It's just stressful. It's about finding that balance, and I had a hard time finding that balance. I don't know. I just feel like I lost myself in there in the song somehow and I was trying to dig my way out. But I'm happy it happened because I grew a deeper appreciation for who I was when I entered the show and who I am as I left the show.
