The Voice's final performance show certainly delivered a night of stunning performances -- including original songs written by the contestants themselves -- and Alisan Porter emerged as the one to beat.

Alisan's original song is called "Down That Road," and Adam Levine flat out said, if he's going to be honest, she has the best voice in the competition and therefore is "The Voice." He said she would be deserving of victory and it just incredible. Blake Shelton called it a "cool song" and Alisan "the real deal." Christina then added Alisan was a born recording artist and always sings from such an honest and real place.
Alisan ended up closing out the show with a goose bump-worthy rendition of "Somewhere" from West Side Story. The coaches agreed she was pretty much standing at the top of the mountain on The Voice, and her performance brought Christina to tears. Christina called her an inspiration, adding that she works so hard on the show.
As for the other female in the running to win The Voice's tenth edition, Hannah wowed with a brand new version of "Every Breath You Take" by The Police. Adam, who is apparently "very protective" of that song, told Hannah it was absolutely amazing and she's "badass." Blake said it was a risky move, however, he complimented her bravery and said she'd be rewarded for it. Hannah's coach Pharrell Williams noted how she sang the song with grace and humility.
For her original song -- which she created and recorded with Pharrell -- Hannah sang "I Call the Shots." Adam said it was one of the coolest things he's ever seen on the show, and Pharrell pointed out that Hannah definitely deserves to be in the finale.
Although fantastic musicians and performers, it became clear Laith and Wakefield probably shouldn't be named "The Voice." They have an intriguing x-factor about them but aren't the very best singers in the competition.
Laith sang "White Room" by Cream for his cover song, and Adam admitted he stopped caring about the competition only to focus on enjoying what Laith brings to the table as an artist. His original song, "Morning Light," featured awesome chord changes and he commanded the song. Adam said that Laith plays music for the right reasons and makes everyone happy.
Wakefield first took the stage with his original song entitled "Lonesome, Broken and Blue." Pharrell said it was traditional yet colorful, and Blake gushed about the "brilliant" lyrics that transported him back to the 1980s.
For his cover song, Wakefield performed "When I Call Your Name" by Vince Gill. Adam said he always makes such smart choices when he sings and therefore has impeccable taste when putting together a song. Blake was so happy for his artist and confessed he couldn't wait to download the track on iTunes.
As for the duets, Hannah and Pharrell sang his jam "Brand New," Alisan and Christina performed "You've Got a Friend," Wakefield and Blake sang "The Conversation," and Laith and Adam jammed to a medley of The Beatles' hits.
The Voice will crown its next winner during Tuesday night's live finale on NBC.
