The Voice's Monday night broadcast will be two hours long, while the Tuesday night episode will only be one hour.
In addition to mainstay coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, Shakira and Usher will also return to the show as coaches. Shakira and Usher served on the coaching panel for The Voice's fourth season in Spring 2013 when they had replaced longtime coaches Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green.
The network confirmed Shakira and Usher's returns in May 2013 when it was simultaneously revealed Aguilera and Green would be coming back as coaches for this past fall's fifth season of The Voice. Shakira and Usher are on rotation with Aguilera and Green each season to enable the artists to work on their own music careers.
Miranda Lambert is also expected to grace The Voice with her presence next season. Us Weekly reported in late November the 30-year-old country singer will be taking on the role of mentor to Shakira's team of sixth-season contestants. Ironically, she will be working against Shelton, her own husband.

Lambert also has some prior experience of her own with reality singing competitions, as she was a finalist on Nashville Star's first season.
Shelton and Levine have starred as coaches on The Voice since the show's inaugural season back in early 2011. Shelton has won three seasons of the series, while two of Levine's artists have also walked away with the title of "The Voice." Aguilera and Green have only missed one season since the series began but neither artist has ever won the competition.
Last month's finale of the show's fifth season concluded with Tessanne Chin, a member of "Team Adam," being crowned champion.
