People said it couldn't be done. They said no one could find a list of more one-time celebrities less newsworthy than the original cast of The WB's The Surreal Life. But, for the upcoming The Surreal Life 2, the producers have topped themselves.

2. religious TV star-mascara maven Tammy Faye Messner (formerly Baker),
3. ex-TV heartthrob Eric Estrada,
4. porn legend Ron Jeremy,
5. model/"actress" Traci Bingham (who also attended Celebrity Boot Camp), and
6. Real World Las Vegas castmember Trishelle Cannatella.
In addition, according to the Associated Press, there will be a "rotating" seventh houseguest during the filming, which began on October 20. The six episodes could begin airing as early as January, which is when the first The Surreal Life was broadcast.
All we can say is that the time frame for the taping is appropriate. When better to have a bunch of ghouls rise from the dead and live together in a Hollywood Hills house than during the two weeks before Halloween?
