The X Factor schedule has changed due to baseball once again -- however, this time it's a good thing.

Fox has announced it has bumped The X Factor's first two live broadcasts up to Wednesday and Thursday and they will air October 31 at 8-10:07PM ET/PT and November 1 at 8-10PM ET/PT.

The two second-season The X Factor broadcasts were originally scheduled to air on Thursday and Sunday night because Fox had intended to air Game 6 of the World Series on Wednesday night. However, the seven-game series ended with the San Francisco Giants sweeping the Detroit Tigers in four games on Sunday night -- resulting in Fox rearranging its programming schedule for this week.

The change marks the second time Major League Baseball's playoffs impacted The X Factor's second-season broadcast schedule. Earlier this month, the announcement of the Top 16 acts ended up being preempted and partially rescheduled due to a rain delay during Fox's broadcast of Game 3 of the National League Championship Series.

This week's The X Factor broadcasts will feature The X Factor judges Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid, Demi Lovato, and Britney Spears determining the second season's Top 12 finalist acts.

Next week, Fox will air the first live performance show in which home viewers will get to vote and then one act will be eliminated on Thursday, November 8 -- determining the season's Top 11 acts.
